Description
する一対の加圧部を接近離間操作自在に設け、加圧部に
より挟圧された封緘部を加熱融着する電熱式ヒータをそ
の両端側でホルダーにより張力付与状態で保持させた包
装材封緘装置のヒータ取付部に関する。さらに説明する
と、上記ヒータ取付部は、通電時の熱膨張によるヒータ
の伸びをホルダーの張力付与で吸収し、樹脂製包装材な
どの封緘部にヒータの折れ曲がりに起因して加熱融着に
よる跡が付くことを防止できるようにしたものである。
21に備えられた帯板状のヒータ22の端部にビス23
で電極24に連結し、電極24をホルダー本体25にピ
ン26で揺動自在に取付け、ヒータ22に対する張力付
与方向に電極24を揺動付勢する圧縮式コイルバネ27
を設け、電極カバー28をホルダー本体25に取付けて
いた。
バネは嵩が大きくなって、ホルダーが大型化しやすく、
また、コイルバネが作用する電極をピンでホルダー本体
に組付ける構造であるため、組付け作業が困難で時間が
掛かるものになり、製作面でも問題があった。本発明の
目的は、ヒータの伸びをホルダーの張力付与で吸収する
ための構成を、コンパクトにでき、かつ、組付け作業を
簡単に実行できるものに改良する点にある。
装材の封緘部を挟圧する一対の加圧部を接近離間操作自
在に設け、加圧部により挟圧された封緘部を加熱融着す
る電熱式ヒータをその両端側でホルダーにより張力付与
状態で保持させた包装材封緘装置において、ホルダーの
少なくとも一方を形成するに、ヒータの端部に連結した
連結部材に板バネを備えさせ、連結部材を取付けるホル
ダー本体の支点部に板バネをヒータに対する引っ張り方
向にシーソ揺動可能に接当させ、ホルダー本体に取付け
るカバーに、その取付けに伴って板バネをヒータに対す
る張力付与方向に弾性撓み変形させる押圧接当部を支点
部とは逆方向に作用する状態で備えさせたことにある。
するに、連結部材の移動方向における専有空間寸法を上
記従来技術の圧縮式コイルバネよりも大幅に減小できる
板バネを利用するから、ヒータ取付け部を十分にコンパ
クトにできる。また、ホルダー本体の支点部に板バネを
シーソ揺動可能に接当させ、ホルダー本体に取付けるカ
バーに板バネに対する押圧接当部を支点部とは逆方向に
作用する状態で備えさせ、ホルダー本体へのカバー取付
けに伴って板バネがヒータに対する張力付与方向に弾性
撓み変形されるように構成してあるから、組付けに際し
て、単にホルダー本体の支点部に板バネを当て付けた状
態でカバーをホルダー本体にビスなどの適当な手段で取
付けるだけの簡単な作業で済む。すなわち、前述の従来
技術のようにコイルバネが作用する電極をピンでホルダ
ー本体に組付けるよりも、組付け作業を大幅に簡略化、
能率化できる。
力付与で吸収できるばかりでなく、ヒータ取付部をコン
パクトに構成でき、かつ、ヒータ取付部の組付け作業を
簡単に実行できる、一段と優れた包装材封緘装置を提供
できるようになった。
部の加圧部3を一体昇降自在にかつ上昇付勢した状態で
取付けるとともに、上部の加圧部4を昇降自在にかつテ
ーブル2の下降操作に伴って下部の加圧部3に接近操作
される状態で取付け、テーブル2に載置したポリエチレ
ンなどの包装材5の封緘部を下部の加圧部3に載せた状
態でテーブル2を下降操作すると、接近する上下一対の
加圧部3,4により封緘部が挟圧されるように構成し、
テーブル2が上昇すると上下の加圧部3,4が離間する
ように構成し、帯板状の電熱式ヒータ6を下部の加圧部
3に耐熱性シート7で覆った状態で備えさせ、上下の加
圧部3,4により挟圧された封緘部を加熱融着する包装
材封緘装置を構成してある。ヒータ6の両端側をホルダ
ー8により張力付与状態で保持させるために、ホルダー
8の両方又は一方を図2ないし図4に示すように構成し
てある。つまり、ヒータ6の端部に連結した導電性の連
結部材9に挾持部材9a、板バネ9b、端子9c、ビス
9dを備えさせ、挾持部材9aにビス9dを螺合締付け
することにより挾持部材9aと板バネ9bでヒータ6を
挾持連結するように構成してある。連結部材9を取付け
るホルダー本体10に一対の支点部11を備えさせ、支
点部11に板バネ9bの長手方向中間部をヒータ6に対
する引っ張り方向にシーソ揺動可能に接当させ、ホルダ
ー本体10にネジ12,13で取付けるカバー14に一
対の押圧接当部15を備えさせ、ホルダー本体10に対
するカバー14の取付けや締付け固定に伴って板バネ9
bの遊端側に押圧接当部15を支点部11とは逆方向に
作用する状態で接当させるように構成し、押圧接当部1
5と支点部11の協働によってヒータ6に対する張力付
与方向に板バネ9bを弾性撓み変形させ、通電時の熱膨
張によるヒータ6の伸びを張力付与で吸収し、封緘部に
ヒータ6の折れ曲がりに起因して加熱融着による跡が付
くことを防止できるようにしてある。ホルダー本体1
0、カバー14などは樹脂やベークライトなどの絶縁
性、耐熱性に優れた材料から成り、板バネ9bはバネ鋼
などの弾性、耐熱性に優れた材料から成る。端子9cに
接続したリード線を通すための切り欠き部16,17を
板バネ9bとホルダー本体10に形成し、ホルダー本体
10の切り欠き部17に嵌まる蓋部分18をカバー14
に備えさせ、また、ヒータ6の交換を容易にするため
に、ビス9dを操作する開口19をカバー14に設けて
ある。
形式は不問であり、包装材5の材質、形状、内装物など
は適宜選定できる。一対の加圧部3,4を接近離間させ
るための具体構造や操作構成は適当に変更できる。連結
部材9の具体構成は適宜変更でき、少なくとも板バネ9
bを備えさせてあればよく、板バネ9bの材質や形状な
どは適当に変更できる。ホルダー本体10と支点部1
1、あるいは、カバー14と押圧接当部15は一体でも
別体でもよく、そして、それらの材質、形状、連結構成
などは適宜選定できる。
便利にするために符号を記すが、該記入により本発明は
添付図面の構成に限定されるものではない。
Claims (1)
- 【請求項1】 包装材(5)の封緘部を挟圧する一対の
加圧部(3)(4)を接近離間操作自在に設け、前記加
圧部(3)(4)により挟圧された前記封緘部を加熱融
着する電熱式ヒータ(6)をその両端側でホルダー
(8)により張力付与状態で保持させた包装材封緘装置
において、前記ホルダー(8)の少なくとも一方を形成
するに、前記ヒータ(6)の端部に連結した連結部材
(9)に板バネ(9b)を備えさせ、前記連結部材
(9)を取付けるホルダー本体(10)の支点部(1
1)に前記板バネ(9b)を前記ヒータ(6)に対する
引っ張り方向にシーソ揺動可能に接当させ、前記ホルダ
ー本体(10)に取付けるカバー(14)に、その取付
けに伴って前記板バネ(9b)を前記ヒータ(6)に対
する張力付与方向に弾性撓み変形させる押圧接当部(1
5)を前記支点部(11)とは逆方向に作用する状態で
備えさせてある包装材封緘装置のヒータ取付部。
