継ぎ足すべき鉄筋の下端部をガイドする鉛直方向に対し
半割りの開閉自在な上部漏斗状鉄筋案内金具とからなる
鉄筋類の芯合わせ治具であって、 前記棒状支持体をスクリュージャッキのシャフト状に構
成し、その上端部に、下部鉄筋把持金具と上部漏斗状鉄
筋案内金具とのレベルを調節する調節ナットを設け、ま
た上部漏斗状鉄筋案内金具の漏斗を開閉させる蝶番部を
半割りした双方の外周寄りに設けるとともに、その漏斗
状鉄筋案内金具下部には、その金具と一体で移動する継
ぎ足すべき鉄筋をロックするブラケットと締着ボルトか
らなる上部鉄筋把持金具を設け、さらに下部鉄筋把持金
具と前記上部鉄筋把持金具との間には、突合わせ継手の
ルートギャップを確保するための板状片からなるスペー
サを設けて、芯合わせとルートギャップの調整を同時に
可能とする構成としたことを特徴とする鉄筋類の芯合わ
せ治具。
