Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 1.α−オレフィンの重合若しくは共重合のための炭化水素−不溶性の固体触媒 若しくは触媒成分において、 A.マグネシウム含有化合物と二酸化炭素若しくは二酸化硫黄との反応によって マグネシウム含有種が形成される、液体中のマグネシウム含有種の溶液を形成す る工程と; B.チタン化合物若しくは錯体による処理によってマグネシウム含有種の該溶液 から固体粒子を沈殿させる工程と; D.該沈殿粒子をチタン化合物と電子供与体とによって処理する工程とによって 形成される生成物を含み、 工程Dからの処理済み沈殿粒子がマグネシウム成分と、ハフニウム成分又はジル コニウム成分の少なくとも一方とを含み、ハフニウム又はジルコニウムの少なく とも一方が(i)上記マグネシウム含有化合物若しくは種を二酸化炭素若しくは 二酸化硫黄及びハフニウム含有又はジルコニウム含有化合物若しくは錯体の少な くとも一方と反応させることによって、上記工程Aにおいて上記マグネシウム含 有積中へ;又は(ii)マグネシウム含有種をチタン化合物若しくは錯体及びハ フニウム又はジルコニウム化合物若しくは錯体の少なくとも一方によって処理す ることによって、上記工程Bにおいて沈殿した上記固体粒子中へ;又は(iii )沈殿粒子をチタン化合物と、電子供与体と、ハフニウム又はジルコニウム化合 物若しくは錯体の少なくとも一方とによって処理することによって、工程Dにお いて処理した上記沈殿粒子中への少なくとも1つに導入される上記触媒若しくは 触媒成分。
- 2.工程Aにおけるマグネシウム含有化合物を二酸化炭素によって処理する請求 項1記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 3.工程Dにおいて形成される処理済み沈殿粒子におけるマグネシウム対チタン (両方とも元素状金属として算出)の原子比が約0.3:1から約20:1まで の範囲内である請求項2記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 4.工程Dにおいて形成される処理済み沈殿粒子におけるチタン対ハフニウム( 両方とも元素状金属として算出)の原子比が約0.05:1から約100:1ま での範囲内である請求項2記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 5.工程Dにおいて形成される処理済み沈殿粒子におけるマグネシウム対ハフニ ウム(両方とも元素状金属として算出)の原子比が約2.5:1から約1000 :1までの範囲内である請求項2記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 6.工程A又はBにおいて用いられるハフニウム含有化合物若しくは錯体がハロ ゲン化ハフニウムである請求項2記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 7.用いられるハフニウム含有化合物若しくは錯体が四塩化ハフニウム又は二塩 化ハフノセンである請求項6記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 8.工程A、B及びDの少なくとも1つにおけるハフニウムの総導入量が工程D において導入される請求項2記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 9.工程Dにおいて形成される処理済み沈殿粒子におけるマグネシウム対ジルコ ニウム(両方とも元素状金属として算出)の原子比が約20:1から約925: 1までの範囲内である請求項1記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 10.工程Dにおいて形成される処理済み沈殿粒子におけるチタン対ジルコニウ ム(両方とも元素状金属として算出)の原子比が約2:1から約130:1まで の範囲内である請求項1記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 11.用いられるジルコニウム含有化合物若しくは錯体が四ハロゲン化ジルコニ ウム又はニハロゲン化ジルコノセンである請求項1記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分 。
- 12.工程A、B及びDの少なくとも1つにおけるジルコニウムの総導入量の少 なくとも一部が、マグネシウム含有種をチタン化合物若しくは錯体と二塩化ジル コノセンとによって処理することによって工程Bにおいて導入されるか、又は沈 殿粒子をチタン化合物と、電子供与体と、四ハロゲン化ジルコニウムとによって 処理することによって工程Dにおいて導入される請求項2記載の触媒若しくは触 媒成分。
- 13.工程Dからの処理済み沈殿粒子がマグネシウム成分と、ハフニウム成分又 はジルコニウム成分の少なくとも一方と、付加的にバナジウム成分とを含み、バ ナジウムが(i)マグネシウム含有化合物若しくは種とバナジウム含有化合物着 しくは錯体との反応によって、工程Aにおいて上記マグネシウム含有種中へ;( ii)マグネシウム含有種をチタン化合物若しくは錯体とバナジウム含有化合物 若しくは錯体とによって処理することによって、工程Bにおいて沈殿した上記固 体粒子中へ;又は(iii)沈殿粒子をチタン化合物と、電子供与体と、ハロゲ ン化物成分を含まないバナジウム含有化合物若しくは錯体とによって処理するこ とによって、工程Dにおいて処理した上記沈殿粒子中への少なくとも1つに導入 される請求項2記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 14.バナジウムの総導入量が工程B又はDの少なくとも一方において導入され る請求項13記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 15.工程Dにおいて形成される処理済み沈殿粒子におけるチタン対バナジウム (それぞれ、元素状金属として算出)の原子比が約0.05:1から約101ま での範囲内である請求項13記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 16.工程Dにおいて形成される処理済み沈殿粒子におけるマグネシウム対バナ ジウム(それぞれ、元素状金属として算出)の原子比が約2.5:1から約75 :1までの範囲内である請求項13記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 17.用いられるバナジウム含有化合物若しくは錯体がハロゲン化バナジウム( III)又はハロゲン化バナジウム(IV)である請求項13記載の触媒若しく は触媒成分。
- 18.工程A、B及びDの少なくとも1つにおけるバナジウムの総導入量の少な くとも一部が、マグネシウム含有種をチタン化合物若しくは錯体とバナジウム含 有化合物若しくは錯体とによって処理することによって、工程Bにおいて沈殿し た固体粒子中へ導入される請求項13記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 19.工程A、B及びDの少なくとも1つにおけるバナジウムの総導入量の少な くとも一部が、沈殿粒子をチタン化合物と、電子供与体と、ハロゲン化物成分を 含まないバナジウム化合物若しくは錯体とによって処理することによって、工程 Dにおいて導入される請求項13記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
- 20.工程Bにおいて沈殿した固体粒子を次に工程Cにおいて溶解させ、環状エ ーテルから再沈殿させ、次に再沈殿粒子を工程Dにおいて遷移金属化合物と電子 供与体とによって処理する請求項2記載の触媒若しくは触媒成分。
