Claims (18)
- 1.工程から溶液の試料を採取して この試料を波数約1882cm−1で赤外分光分析にかけて水のバックグラウン ド・スペクトルに対するピーク吸光度の相対測定を行い;既知の各種濃度の有効 アルカリ溶液を波数約1882cm−1で赤外分光分析にかけて有効アルカリの 補正曲線を作成し; 試料のピーク吸光度の測定値と補正曲線の作成に使用した各種アルカリ溶液との 間の相関関係を用いて試料中の最適有効アルカリ量を定め;溶液中の最適有効ア ルカリ量を得るために少なくとも一つの工程パラメーターをコントロールする 各ステップで構成されるクラフトパルプ製造プロセスの溶液中の有効アルカリ量 を測定しコントロールする方法。
- 2.パルプ蒸解機から溶液の試料を採取し;この試料を波数約1882cm−1 で赤外分光分析にかけて水のバックグラウンド・スペクトルに対するピーク吸光 度の相対測定を行い;既知の各種濃度の有効アルカリ溶液を波数約1882cm −1で赤外分光分析にかけて有効アルカリの補正曲線を作成し; 試料のピーク吸光度の測定値と補正曲線の作成に使用した各種アルカリ溶液との 間の相関関係を用いて試料中の最適有効アルカリ量を定め;パルプ蒸解プロセス を最適化するために少なくとも一つの工程パラメーターをコントロールする 各ステップで構成されるクラフトバルブを製造するパルプ蒸解機の操業状態をコ ントロールする方法。
- 3.蒸解温度のコントロール、白色液供給流量のコントロール、蒸解機黒色液の 環流率のコントロール、からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つの工程パラメー ターを選択する、請求範囲第2項記載のパルプ蒸解機の操業をコントロールする 方法。
- 4.バルブ蒸解機がバッチ式操業をされている請求範囲第2項記載のバルブ蒸解 機の操業をコントロールする方法。

- 8.白色液がスメルト溶解タンクで作成され、白色液清澄槽を経由して石灰消化 槽に入り、消化槽で白色液に酸化カルシウムが添加されて懸濁液が調製され、か かる懸濁液が苛性化槽を経由して白色液清澄槽、次いで蒸解機に送られるクラフ トパルプの製造において、 白色液清澄槽を通過した白色液と、白色液清澄槽を通過した白色液とから試料を 採取し; 白色液と白色液の試料を波数約1882cm−1で赤外分光分析にかけて水のバ ックグラウンド・スペクトルに対するピーク吸光度の相対測定を行い;各種濃度 の水酸化ナトリウムと炭酸ナトリウムとのピーク吸光度を測定し;試料のピーク 吸光度の測定値と各種濃度の水酸化ナトリウムと炭酸ナトリウムのピーク吸光度 との間の相関関係を用いて試料中の最適水酸化ナトリウムと炭酸ナトリウムの量 を定め; 白色液と白色液に対する最適有効アルカリ量を得るために石灰消化槽中の白色液 への酸化カルシウムの添加をコントロールする各ステップによって改善されるこ とからなる再苛性化システムの操業をコントロールする方法。
- 9.回収炉でスメルトが作られスメルト溶解槽に送られて白色液が調製されるク ラフトパルプの製造において、 スメルト溶解槽を通過した緑色溶液から試料を採取し;試料を波数約1100c m−1で硫酸塩を、波数約1000cm−1でチオ硫酸塩を赤外分光分析にかけ て水のバックグラウンド・スペクトルに対するピーク吸光度の相対測定を行い; 各種濃度の硫酸塩とチオ硫酸塩のピーク吸光度を測定し;試料のピーク吸光度の 測定値と各種濃度の硫酸塩とチオ硫酸塩のピーク吸光度との間の相関関係を用い て試料中の最適硫酸塩とチオ硫酸塩の濃度を定め;硫酸塩とチオ硫酸塩の濃度を 最適にするために回収ボイラーの工程パラメーターの中の少なくも一つをコント ロールする各ステップによって改善することからなる回収ボイラーの操業をコン トロールする方法。
- 10.白色液の試料を波数約1030cm−1で赤外分光分析にかけてベースラ イン吸収の測定を行い、この際各種の濃度の硫酸塩とチオ硫酸塩のベースライン 測定が行われていることからなる、請求範囲第9項記載の回収ボイラーの操業を コントロールする方法。
- 11.硫酸塩がpHが0から14の範囲にある水溶液に溶かさされることからな る、請求範囲第9項記載の回収ボイラーの操業をコントロールする方法。
- 12.クラフトバルブの製造において;蒸解機を出た白色液の試料を採取し; 試料を波数範囲約1000cm−1から1030cm−1で赤外分光分析にかけ て水のバックグラウンド・スペクトルに対するピーク吸光度の相対測定を行い; 各種濃度のチオ硫酸塩のピーク吸光度を測定し;試料のピーク吸光度の測定値と 各種濃度のチオ硫酸ナトリウムのピーク吸光度との間の相関関係を求め; この相関関係を使刑して黒色液の酸化度を求める各ステップからなるパルプ蒸解 機の操業に際して黒色液をモニターする方法。
- 13.クラフトパルプの製造において:苛性化の終わった白色液の試料を採取し ;試料を波数範囲約1000cm−1から1030cm−1で赤外分光分析にか けて水のバックグラウンド・スペクトルに対するピーク吸光度の相対測定を行い :各種濃度のチオ硫酸塩のピーク吸光度を測定し;試料のピーク吸光度の測定値 と各種濃度のチオ硫酸ナトリウムのピーク吸光度との間の相関関係を求め; この相関関係を使用して黒色液の酸化度を求める各ステップからなる苛性化の終 わった白色液をモニターする方法。
- 14.クラフトパルプの製造工程において、分光高度測定が減衰全反射法で行わ れることからなる溶液中の有効アルカリ量を測定しコントロールする請求範囲第 1項記載の方法。
- 15.クラフトパルプの製造工程において、円形断面減衰全反射セルが使用され ることからなる溶液中の有効アルカリ量を測定しコントロールする請求範囲第1 4項記載の方法。
- 16.クラフトバルブの製造工程において、方形断面減衰全反射セルが使用され ることからなる溶液中の有効アルカリ量を測定しコントロールする請求範囲第1 4項記載の方法。
- 17.クラフトバルブの製造工程において、分光光度測定が連続測定用にフロー スルー・セルで行われることからなる溶液中の有効アルカリ量を測定しコントロ ールする請求範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 18.クラフトパルプの製造工程において、試料のピーク吸光度測定値と各種濃 度のアルカリ溶液のピーク吸光度との関係が最小自乗方を使って求められること からなる溶液中の有効アルカリ量を測定しコントロールする請求範囲第1項記載 の方法。
