Description
Claims (20)
- 1.ドアフレームの近傍の閉位置と、そこから離れた開位置との間で可動なドア 用の均衡化機構であって、ドアに取リ付けられたケーブルを巻き付ける一対のド ラム手段と、 該ドラム手段をその上に回転自在に取り付ける一対のシャフト手段、 ドアフレームに対して離れて取り付けられる一対のブラケットであって、一方が 前記対のシャフト手段のそれぞれを支持するところのブラケット、前記対のドラ ム手段の間に伸長し、そこに回転不能に取り付けられる駆動管、 該駆動管内に配置されるコイルスプリング手段であって、前記駆動管に回転不能 に取り付けられる一端、および前記シャフト手段に回転不能に取り付けられる他 端を有するコイルスプリング手段、および前記コイルスプリング手段のねじれ力 を選択的に調節するために、前記シャフト手段を通常制止し、前記シャフト手段 を回転させる手段、 から成る均衡化機構。
- 2.請求項1に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記駆動管手段が非円形の断面をも ち、前記対のドラム手段が非円形の断面と適合する開口を有する、ところの均衡 化機構。
- 3.請求項2に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記駆動管手段の前記非円形断面に 適合する非円形断面の周囲形状を有する前記コイルスプリングを回転不能に支持 する手段を含む、ところの均衡化機構。
- 4.請求項1に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記駆動管手段が、断面が放射方向 外向きに伸長するカムローブを有する、ところの均衡化機構。
- 5.請求項4に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記駆動管手段の前記駆動管の中心 から、前記カムローブの放射方向で最も遠い点までの距離が、前記駆動管手段の 円形部分の大きさの円に外接する八面またはそれ以上の側面をもつ多角形の二つ の側面の交点までの距離と等しいか、または大きい、ところの均衡化機構。
- 6.請求項4に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記カムローブが前記駆動管手段の 軸線方向全長に実質的にわたる、ところの均衡化機構。
- 7.ドアフレームの近傍の閉位置と、そこから離れた開位置との間で可動なドア 用の均衡化機構であって、ドアに取り付けられたケーブルを巻き取る一対のドラ ム手段と、 該ドラム手段をその上に回転自在に取り付ける一対のシャフト手段、 ドアフレームに対して離れて取り付けられる一対のブラケットであって、一方が 前記一対のシャフト手段のそれぞれを支持するところのブラケット、前記一対の ドラム手段の間に伸長し、そこに回転不能に取り付けられる駆動管、 該駆動管内に配置される一対のコイルスプリング手段であって、それぞれが前記 駆動管に回転不能に取り付けられる一端、および前記対のシャフト手段の一方に 回転不能に取り付けられる他端を有するところのコイルスプリング手段、および 前記対のコイルスプリング手段のそれぞれのねじれ力を選択的に調節するために 、前記対のシャフト手段のそれぞれを通常制止し、前記対のシャフト手段のそれ ぞれの独立した回転を可能にする手段、から成る均衡化機構。
- 8.請求項7に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記駆動管手段が非円形の断面をも つ、ところの均衡化機構。
- 9.請求項7に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記駆動管手段が、断面が放射方向 外向きに伸長するカムローブを有し、前記コイルスプリング手段の前記一端を取 り付ける取り付け片手段が、相対回転を防止するために前記カムローブと係合す る適合形状を有する、ところの均衡化機構。
- 10.請求項7に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記対のシャフト手段のそれぞれ を通常制止する前記手段が、前記対のシャフト手段のそれぞれの上にあるウォー ムギア手段、および前記対のシャフトのそれぞれを選択的に回転するために、前 記ウォームギア手段のそれぞれに対し動作関係にあるウォーム手段を含む、とこ ろの均衡化機構。
- 11.請求項10に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記ウォーム手段と摩擦係合す る手段を含む、ところの均衡化手段。
- 12.請求項10に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記ウォームギア手段および前 記ウォーム手段の進み角が、前記ウォームギア手段が前記ウォームピニオン手段 を駆動することを防止する、ところの均衡化機構。
- 13.請求項11に均衡化機構であって、前記ウォームギア手段および前記ピニ オン手段の前記進み角が約11から14度である、ところの均衡化機構。
- 14.請求項7の記載の均衡化機構であって、前記シャフト手段が前記スプリン グ手段を回転不能に設置するレシーバー手段、および前記ドラム手段を支持する ベアリング表面手段を有する、ところの均衡化機構。
- 15.請求項14に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記ドラム手段が、前記シャフ ト手段上に前記ドラム手段を配置するために、前記ベアリング表面手段の放射方 向内側に伸長し、周囲にそって間隔があけられた歯を有する、ところの均衡化機 構。
- 16.請求項7に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記コイルスプリングのそれぞれ が有する各コイルは、前記コイル手段にテンシヨンがかからないときに、隣接す るコイルから距離があけられている、ところの均衡化機構。
- 17.請求項7に記載の均衡化機構であって、センターブラケットが前記駆動管 を実質的にその中央で支持する、ところの均衡化機構。
- 18.請求項17に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記センターブラケット手段は 、前記駆動管手段を取リ巻くブッシング手段を収納するためのジャーナルボック スを含む、ところの均衡化機構。
- 19.請求項18に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記ブッシング手段が、円形の 外側形状、および前記駆動管手段の外側形状と適合する内側形状を有する、とこ ろの均衡化機構。
- 20.請求項7に記載の均衡化機構であって、前記ブラケット手段がドアフレー ム上に配置され、前記対のシャフト手段の一つを回転可能に支持する、ところの 均衡化機構。
