Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基材としてチタン及びアルミニウムの金属間化合物または該金属間化合物と 合金添加物との合金からなり、該基材のアルミニウム拡散被覆を有する構造部材 において、該構造部材が基材とアルミニウム拡散被覆との間に、再結晶組織を有 する、表面近くに閉鎖された領域を有することを特徴とする構造部材。 2.前記金属間化合物がTiAlである請求項1記載の構造部材。 3.前記金属間化合物が50〜95容量%のTiAlと5〜50容量%のTi3 Alとの合金である請求項1または2記載の構造部材。 4.前記金属間化合物が4原子%までの合金添加物を含有する請求項1〜3のい ずれかに記載の構造部材。 5.前記合金添加物がニオブ、モリブデン、タンタル、タングステン又はバナジ ウム、あるいはこれらの混合である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の構造部材6 .前記領域の深さが少なくとも0.1μmである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載 の構造部材。 7.構造部材を表面近くの領域において常温成形又は熔融し、その後再結晶化温 度で灼熱し、最後に再結晶した領域上にアルミニウム拡散被覆が設けられること を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の構造部材の製造法。 8.表面の常温成形のために、構造部材の再結晶化させる表面領域をポール射出 強化又は機械的処理する請求項7記載の方法。 9.熱サイクルにより再結晶およびアルミニウム拡散被覆を行い、その際少なく とも、表面常温成形された構造部材を加熱し、ついで再結晶後にアルミニウム拡 散被覆のための温度に設定し、同時にアルミニウム含有供与ガスを供給する請求 項7または8記載の方法。 10.熱サイクルが、減圧又は保護ガス下に、アルミニウム含有供与ガスの供給 まで行われる請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.アルミニウム拡散被覆が粉末充填法により行われ、供与ガスの製造のため に3成分合金Ti/Al/Cのアルミニムドナーが使用される請求項7〜10の いずれかに記載の方法。
