Claims (10)
- 1.ノックセンサーの信号をシグナルプロセッサに供給し、ノックセンサの信号 をデジタル化し、次に、ハイパスフィルタにて処理し、引続いて積分し、このよ うに得られた信号を2つの所定の限界値と比較し、両方の限界値値を超えたとき ノッキング燃焼として検出することを特徴とする内燃機関のノッキングを検出す る方法。
- 2.ノックセンサーの信号は、内燃機関のシリンダの内圧の圧力経過として得る 請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.第1限界値は、圧力振動のエネルギー量の絶対値である請求項1から2まで のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 4.第2限界値は、圧力の限界値を超える圧力振幅の数である請求項1から3ま でのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 5.比較は測定窓内で実行される請求項1がら4までのいずれか1項記載の方法 。
- 6.測定窓はクランク角度窓である請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方 法。
- 7.比較の際、クランクシャフトの位置を考慮する請求項1から6まてのいずれ か1項記載の装置。
- 8.比較において、カムシャフトの位置を考慮する請求項1から7までのいずれ か1項記載の装置。
- 9.ノックセンサ(1)はチャージ増幅器(2)を介してアナログ/デジタルコ ンバータ(3)に接続され、アナログ/デジタルコンバータの出力側はシグナル プロセッサ(4)に接続され、シグナルプロセッサ(4)は、別の入力側(6) を介してクランク角度の位置発信器(7)に接続され、さらに別の入力側(8) を介してカム角度の位置発信器(9)に接続され、シグナルプロセッサ(4)の 出力側(10)は、同様に位置発信器(7)からの入力側(11)と、位置発信 器(9)からの入力側(12)を有する点火角度調整、制御装置(13)に接続 されていることを特徴とする内燃機関のノッキングを検出する装置。
- 10.ノックセンサ(1)は圧力検出器である請求項9記載の装置。
