Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱写真フィルムのシート(19)のための現像装置(10)であって、フィ ルム入口(30)及びフィルム出口(32)を有するオーブン(16)と、前記 フィルムと係合し且つ同フィルムを支持するために、前記フィルム入口とフィル ム出口との間のフィルム搬送経路に沿って前記オーブン内で移動するように取り 付けられたフィルム支持材料(28)からなるほぼ平らで水平方向を向いた床部 (12)であって、前記フィルム搬送経路に沿って前記オーブン内に回転自在に 取り付けられた少なくとも3つの互いに隔置されたローラ(20)を含む前記床 部(12)と、 前記フィルムを前記オーブン内で前記搬送経路に沿って搬送するために前記支持 材料からなる床部を駆動ずるための駆動機構(18)であって、前記ローラを回 転させて同ローラにより前記フィルムを前記オーブン内で前記搬送経路に沿って 搬送させるためのローラ駆動機構を含む、前記駆動機構(18)と、前記フィル ムが前記オーブン内を搬送されるときに該フィルムに目立つパターンが現像され ないようにするために十分に低い熱容量を有する前記フィルム支持材料と、 を含む現像装置。 2.前記フィルム支持材料が発泡材料である、請求項1に記載の現像装置。 3.前記フィルム支持材料の熱伝導率が約1未満である、請求項1に記載の現像 装置。 4.前記フィルム支持材料が、約48kg/m3未満の密度を有する発泡材料で ある、請求項1に記載の現像装置。 5.前記オーブンが前記ローラの上方及び下方に熱源(42,44)を含む、請 求項1に記載の現像装置。 6.前記オーブンが複数の互いに独立して制御される温度領域を含む、請求項1 に記載の現像装置。 7.前記ローラがコア(26)の周囲に前記フィルム支持材料からなる円筒形の 管を含む、請求項1に記載の現像装置。 8.一方の側面に乳剤を有する熱写真フィルム(19)のシートを現像する方法 であって、 熱いオーブン(16)内で、前記フィルムに目立つパターンの現像がされないよ うにするのに十分な低い熱容量の材料(28)からなる少なくとも3つのローラ を含む、前記材料(28)からなるほぼ平らで水平方向に向けられた床部(12 )上に前記フィルムを支持する段階と、前記フィルムが現像されつつあるときに 、前記ローラを回転させることによって前記床部を駆動して前記フィルムを前記 オープン内で搬送する段階と、を含む現像方法。 9.前記フィルムを支持する段階が、前記フィルムを当該フィルム上の乳剤が前 記ローラの方を向くようにして同ローラ上に支持することを含む、請求項8に記 載の方法。 10.前記フィルムを支持する段階が、熱伝導率が約1未満の発泡材料のローラ からなる床部上に前記フィルムを支持することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
