【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はポンプの原理による排出機構を備えた分与容器や蓄圧充填（エアゾー ル）分与器の排出アクチュエーター（通常ボタンと呼ばれる）の改良に関する。
【従来技術とその問題点】
ポンプの原理による排出機構を備えた分与器や蓄圧充填分与器は広く使用され ており、それらのあるものには、排出弁茎に通常ボタンと称せられるアクチュエ ーター（排出部材）が装着される。このボダンは弁茎に直角方向の排出道を有し 、その先端にノズル（チップ）と称する排出口部材が装着されるが、その排出口 には蓋はなく常時開放されている。 そのために、内容物が粘稠流体等である場合には弁茎と排出道に残留する内容 物が乾燥して固着したり、空気に触れて変質したりする。本考案はこれを防止す る機構を提供するものである。

【問題解決の手段・考案の構成】
本考案は、分与器の排出アクチュエーターであって、排出口の出口を弾性回復 力を有する支持部材で支えられた弁片を有することを特徴とするものを提供する 。 本考案のアクチュエーターは、以下の記載を読むものは、既知の材料、機械 をもって容易に製造することができるから、その製造法を述べる必要はない。

【考案の具体的開示】
図１中（Ａ）は一実施例としての本考案の分与器のアクチュエーターの平面断 面図であり、図１中（Ｂ）は（Ａ）に示すアクチュエーターのＩ−Ｉ線に沿う断 面図である。 図２中（Ａ）は同じアクチュエーターの立面断面図であり、（Ｂ）は（Ａ）の II−II線に沿う断面図である。
【０００４】 アクチュエーター１０は、ボタン（本体）１とノズル２とノズル弁体３から構 成される。 ボタン１は排出道１ａを有し、分与器の弁茎２０に装着される。排出道の出口 部分は本実施例では長方形の断面を有するが、これに限られるものではない。ボ タンは排出道の外側にノズル２を挿入する溝を有する。 ノズル２は、大体において筒状の物体であって、前記のボタンの溝に挿入され る側壁部と正面部からなり、正面部には前記排出道の断面に略々一致する形状の 開口２ａを有する。 ノズル弁体３は、固定部３ａ、弁部３ｂ、支持部３ｃよりなり、固定部３ａは ノズルの側壁部と相似の形状を有し、弁部３ｂは排出道の出口を塞ぐ形状と大き さを有する。支持部３ｃは細い橋染片である。ノズル弁体３は、ポリプロピレン のような弾性を有する材料で一体に成形されるのが好ましい。
【０００５】 かくてノズル２とノズル弁体３は図示のように組み合されてボタンに装着され る。分与器の非使用時には、弁体は図示の状態にあって前記排出道を塞いでいる 。 分与器が起動されて、内容物が排出される時、ノズル弁３の弁部３ｂは押され て、排出通を開く。分与器が作動をやめると弁部３ｂは支持部の弾性によって原 位置に戻り、排出道を閉鎖する。 このように、本考案のアクチュエーターは分与器の排出口を閉じているので排 出路内の残留物の乾燥変質を防止することができる。
