に、組織は、留め具/受け器が問題の組織の形式に対し
て適正な間隙サイズを有さないならば、伝統的な留め具
/受け器において適切に圧縮されない。

るために、留め具が組織に自動調整される能力を有する
ことが望ましい。

て、該棒材幅を保持することができる一対の略平行な壁
を具備し、該壁は、該歯叉と該棒材の結合高さに略対応
する長さを有し、かつ、該壁は、該壁に略垂直な基部に
よって分離されることを特徴とする受け器。 - 【請求項2】 組織を穿刺するために使用される外科用
留め具を保持するための受け器であり、該留め具は、高
さのある少なくとも一つの組織穿刺歯叉と、略一様な幅
と高さのある組織圧縮棒材とを具備する受け器におい
て、該棒材幅を保持することができる一対の略平行壁で
あり、該壁は、該歯叉と該棒材の結合高さに略対応する
長さを有し、かつ、該壁は、該壁に略垂直な基部によっ
て分離された一対の略平行壁を具備し、該壁は、該壁か
ら角度を為した変位において該壁に取り付けた引込みフ
