3のリング状の組立品は、固定されておらず、封止成形
時はこのリング状の組立品の両端面、即ち永久磁石の端
面をコア位置決めピン61,62で位置決めしているが、こ
の状態で封止成形すると組立品の長手方向にはコア位置
決めピンの働きにより組立品は働かないが横方向には位
置決めがなく、射出圧により永久磁石,感温磁性体,ス
ペーサのリング状の組立品の位置がずれてしまい、リー

磁石の端面の径方向にコア位置決めピンが嵌合するよう
な溝を設ける。即ち、リードスイッチと感温磁性体,永
久磁石,スペーサ及びワイヤー接続用端子とから構成さ
れ、かつ、各構成部品の熱膨張係数に近い膨張係数を有
する熱可塑性あるいは熱硬化性樹脂にて一体成形した温
度スイッチにおいて感温磁性体,永久磁石,スペーサに
より構成される磁気回路の外側に位置するリング状の永
久磁石,または感温磁性体の端面に径方向の溝を設けた
ことを特徴とする封止成形型温度スイッチを提供するも
のである。B. たがって、成形金型の射出ゲート口8からコア組立品に
向かって成形樹脂が射出されても永久磁石の端面の溝9
1,92とコア位置決めピン61,62が嵌合していることによ
り、コア組立品のずれはなくなりリードスイッチ4の破
損はなくなった。本実施例では磁気回路の両側に永久磁
石が来る配置で説明したが、一端に永久磁石、他端は感
温磁性体のリングが来る場合等も、前述の実施例と同様
永久磁石と感温磁性体のリングの各々の外側端面に同様
