However, the conventional light bulb 100 described above is a baseless light bulb 1.
The lead wire 102a of 02 is also used as a mounting terminal to the printed circuit board 110, and the lead wire 102a is naturally restricted in size, material, etc. from the viewpoint of ensuring airtightness at the time of sealing, etc. However, there were problems such as insufficient strength and poor wettability with respect to solder. Especially in the recent printed circuit board assembly process, resistors,
Other parts such as capacitors will be those of leadless terminals that are attached from the foil side 111 side of the printed circuit board 110,
It becomes impossible to install with the mounting terminal sharing the lead wire 102a at all, and the light bulb 100 has to be manually mounted after the other parts are mounted by passing through the soldering furnace. There has been a problem that production efficiency is lowered, and it has been a problem to solve this problem.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. Reference numeral 1 in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a leadless terminal light bulb according to the present invention (hereinafter abbreviated as light bulb 1), and this light bulb 1 is basically called, for example, a microminiature light bulb. The base 3 is made up of an insulating member such as resin, and the base 3 is provided with a terminal 4 made of a conductive member such as a metal plate. The leadless connection to the printed circuit board 10 is made possible by the and terminals 4. The outer shape of the base 3 is formed into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a blind tubular light bulb insertion hole 3a for attaching the baseless light bulb 2 is provided at a substantially center of one surface of the base 3 from the bottom of the light bulb insertion hole 3a. A pair of lead wire holes 3b is provided that penetrates to the bottom surface of the base 3, that is, the surface opposite to the surface on which the bulb insertion hole 3a is provided. In addition, the base 3 has terminal holes 3c on both sides of the light bulb insertion hole 3a, the terminal holes 3c having a substantially rectangular shape whose cross section is substantially aligned with the cross section of a terminal 4 described later, and one surface provided with the light bulb insertion hole 3a. That is, it is supposed to be provided so as to penetrate from the front surface to the bottom surface.
A groove-shaped connecting groove 3d for connecting with 3c is formed. The terminal 4 is formed of a conductive plate-shaped member as described above, and is formed into a substantially L-shape in which the tab 4a is formed by bending the upper end side of the substantially rectangular plate member. The claw portion 4b is formed on the side surface and is appropriately fixed when the claw portion 4b is inserted into the terminal hole 3c. When assembling the light bulb 1 with the baseless bulb 2, the base 3 and the terminal 4 configured as described above, first, each lead wire 2a of the baseless bulb 2 is penetrated into each lead hole 3b of the base 3. Then, the baseless bulb 2 is mounted in the bulb insertion hole 3a, and then the lead wire 2a is passed through each of the terminal holes 3c through the connecting groove 3d and pulled out to the front surface side. Insert the terminals 4 into the terminal holes 3c of the base 3 from the surface side of the base 3 until the tabs 4a abut.
The leadless terminal portion 4c is formed by bending the portion protruding from the bottom surface of the base material along the bottom surface. The lead wire 2a is then preferably connected to the tab 4a by an appropriate means such as soldering or spot welding. With the above configuration, the light bulb 1 of the present invention can be installed leadlessly by simply placing it on the pad 11 of the printed circuit board 10 and passing through the heating furnace as shown in FIG. Become. Further, with the above configuration, the lead wire 2a is housed in the connecting groove 3d and only the leadless terminal portion 4c is exposed on the bottom surface, so that even when the leadless attachment is performed. Interference with other wirings 12 on the printed circuit board 10 may not occur.

As described above, according to the present invention, the baseless bulb light bulb is attached to one surface of the base, the terminals having the leadless terminal portions along the bottom surface are provided on both sides, and the lead wire of the baseless bulb is connected to this terminal. By using a leadless terminal bulb connected through the groove without being exposed to the bottom surface, for example, by passing through a solder furnace in the process of assembling a printed circuit board on which this type of bulb is mounted, a semiconductor element,
It can be installed at the same time as other parts such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, etc., and has the extremely excellent effect of eliminating the conventional manual work and increasing the production efficiency of the assembly of this kind of printed circuit board.
