(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 プリント基板に取付く極小ランプ仕様と
なる表示灯用表面実装部品において、中央上部にランプ
嵌合部を縦配設し、その嵌合底部に一対のリード通し孔
を穿っと共に、その各リード通し孔の中途位置に側壁よ
り切り込む端子用横挿入溝を配設したプラスチック製角
柱状ホルダー本体を形成し、前記各端子用横挿入溝に下
端をホルダー本体下面部から側壁に亘るコ字状折曲部を
形成した帯状接触端子のクリップ部を挿入し、且つ前記
リード通し孔に臨むクリップ部にランプ嵌合部に嵌挿し
たランプのランプリードを圧入の接合とし、各接触端子
のホルダー本体下面部と側壁に臨む直角2面を縦・横用
端子構成としてなることを特徴とする表示灯用表面実装
部品。
1. A surface mounting component for an indicator lamp which can be mounted on a printed circuit board and has an extremely small lamp specification, a lamp fitting portion is vertically disposed at an upper center portion, and a pair of lead through holes are drilled at the fitting bottom portion. A plastic prismatic holder body is formed in which a lateral insertion groove for a terminal cut from the side wall is formed at an intermediate position of each lead through hole, and a lower end of each lateral insertion groove for the terminal extends from the lower surface of the holder body to the side wall. The clip portion of the band-shaped contact terminal having the bent-shaped portion is inserted, and the lamp lead of the lamp inserted into the lamp fitting portion is press-fitted into the clip portion facing the lead through hole. A surface mounting component for an indicator lamp, characterized in that two right-angled surfaces facing a lower surface portion and a side wall of the holder body are configured as terminals for vertical and horizontal directions.

ード案内用割り溝を配した挾持構造である請求項1記載
の表示灯用表面実装部品。
