(Prior Art) Conventionally, the support of the printing original plate used for screen printing is generally formed by applying a photosensitive resin or the like onto a mesh-like woven fabric woven of stainless fiber, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, etc. Screen printing is carried out by baking and developing, but the mesh-like woven fabric made of stainless steel has a narrow elastic limit range of stainless fibers, and the accuracy of printing reproducibility and the like deteriorates as the number of times of repeated printing increases.
On the other hand, since the mesh-shaped woven fabric made of the polyester fiber, nylon fiber, etc. has a large elongation and a wide elastic limit range, the accuracy of printing reproducibility and the like is poor. In addition, even the stainless fiber with the smallest wire diameter that composes the mesh-like woven fabric is as thick as about 20 μm, and the warp and weft threads are entangled in the narrow pattern hole, resulting in a double thickness, making the narrow mesh printing area excessive. This occupies the ink and obstructs the ink flow during printing. In particular, when fine lines of 100 μm or less are printed, circuit breaks, line constrictions, etc. occur, making printing impossible.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, to provide high precision in printing reproducibility, etc., and in particular, to provide a novel screen printing master plate having excellent fine line printing characteristics. It is to provide a support.

(Means for Solving Problems) The present invention is a mesh-like woven fabric made of an amorphous metal fiber in which the warp and the weft contain at least two metals selected from cobalt, iron, silicon, boron and chromium. Alternatively, the entire surface of the warp and weft of the mesh-shaped overlapping cloth obtained by stacking the parallel array of the warp and the parallel array of the weft at right angles to each other is covered with the electrodeposition resin and each intersection point is formed by the same electrodeposition resin. In the original plate support for screen printing, which is formed by joining and fixing.

以下図面に基づいて本考案を説明する。The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The warp 1 and the weft 2 used in the present invention are both amorphous metal fibers called amorphous fibers, and include iron, silicon, boron-based, cobalt, silicon, boron-based cobalt, iron, silicon, boron, etc. It is essentially composed of an amorphous metal fiber containing at least two metals selected from chromium. The wire diameter is usually about 10 to 100 μm, and it has a characteristic that the elastic modulus and the tensile recovery rate are much higher than those of conventionally used materials.

In order to obtain a support for use in a screen printing original plate according to the present invention, the mesh-shaped overlapping cloth-shaped support 6 is formed by superposing the warp yarns 1 and the weft yarns 2 which are arranged in parallel with each other at right angles. The support 7 in the form of a cloth is obtained by weaving the warp yarns 1 and the weft yarns 2 in a mesh shape and subjecting them to an electrodeposition process to apply a resin film to the entire surfaces of the warp yarns and the weft yarns, thereby joining the intersection points. Examples of the resin for electrodeposition treatment include anionic acrylic resin and cationic acrylic resin. For the electrodeposition treatment, well-known conditions such as plastic electrodeposition coating can be appropriately adopted. This makes it possible to obtain a screen printing original plate support having a resin film having a thin and uniform quality as a whole including the intersections. The film thickness is usually 2 to 10 μm, preferably 3 to 6 μm

The density of the support is in the range of 40 to 600 mesh, and the wire diameter needs to be appropriately selected from the above-mentioned ones of 10 to 100 μm according to the required performance of the support.

(Effect of the device) Since the support of the original plate for screen printing according to the present invention has the high elastic modulus, the high tensile recovery ratio, and the extremely fine wire diameter of the amorphous metal fiber, the printing durability in the actual use, Resilience,
There is a great advantage that a plate having excellent resolution and high porosity, printing of fine lines, and printing reproducibility can be obtained.
