Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently purify water of lakes and marshes, ponds, moats, etc., and modify the quality of precipitated sludge. CONSTITUTION:This water purifying apparatus has a water storage part 6, a layer 7 filled with activated humus substances and communicated with the water storage part 6, a layer 8 filled with microbe holding carriers of a contact material, and a water collecting part 9, all of them in an upper part opened doughnut-like cylindrical body 2 having a float part 1. Besides them, a water sprinkling apparatus 4 with a guide in the upper part and a water pumping system 10 provided with a fixed-type or a freely expansible-type pumped water- leading pipe part 5 having a water taking-in part 3 in its lower part are provided in the center part of the doughnut-like cylindrical body 2. The apparatus circulates and treats water of lakes and marshes to propagate microbes and extract humus substances to float them as flocks with strongly flocculating property in the water, and thus carries out the purification, and at the same time, the apparatus modifies the quantity of the precipitated bottom sludge into a hardly putrefying sludge and promotes also the removal of malodorous components.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, water in lakes, ponds, moats, etc. has impaired the growth of aerobic microorganisms due to the deterioration of bottom sediment due to the decomposition and alteration of sludge and organic matter, and the abnormal growth of algae. It is also generated, and anaerobic decomposition also occurs, which is likely to cause a bad odor. As a water purification apparatus for pond water, for example, a pressure sand filter is used, and it is known to circulate and filter pond water to purify the water quality. It is also known that oxidization and aeration treatments that utilize the self-cleaning action, which maintains aerobic conditions and is naturally purified by the photosynthesis of algae when exposed to sunlight, are also effective. There is.

However, since lakes, swamps, pond water, etc. contain a relatively large amount of buoyant substances, the pressure type sand filter is extremely clogged with sand layers, etc. Must be done often, and BO in water
The removal of D etc. is not performed satisfactorily, and even in the case of utilizing natural self-cleaning action, aerobic microorganisms use oxygen generated as a result of algae's photosynthesis to oxidize and decompose BOD, while algae do not oxidize. Since carbon dioxide, a product of decomposition, is used for photosynthesis, abnormal generation of algae occurs, imbalance between aerobic microorganisms and algae causes imbalance, and dead carcasses of algae and decay of organic matter. As a result, there was a problem that the bottom sediment could not be reformed and that it was not possible to expect satisfactory water purification. The present invention eliminates these conventional drawbacks, purifies water by the power of aerobic microorganisms, humifies sludge as well as circulates and purifies whole lake water, promotes the reproduction of aerobic microorganisms, and causes abnormal growth of algae. It is an object of the present invention to provide a water purification apparatus that can be mitigated to promote a symbiotic action of both in a well-balanced manner and also to remove an offensive odor.

[Function] The open upper cylinder is floated above the lake or pond water at the float, and the pond water inside the reservoir and other water surfaces is naturally or forcibly maintained under aerobic conditions and exposed to sunlight. Irradiation has been performed and natural purifying action is being carried out. However, part of this pond water, etc. is taken from the water intake part to the pumping conduit part, and the water pumped up into the air along the guide installed at the top. While being blown up and in contact with air, oxygen was entrained and dropped onto the stored water portion before flowing out to the packed bed portion, while the active humic material gradually dissolved in water while passing through the packed bed of granular active humic material, The water is collected in the water collection section and circulated from the return route into pond water, etc., and aerobic microorganisms in the pond water etc. are dissolved by the active humic substances to promote the reproduction by the microorganism-retaining carrier, and BOD removal and other effective Biologically treated, algae in pond water etc. Not observed abnormal proliferation of the aerobic microorganisms and effective cleaning action without symbiotic action is the inhibition of algae is performed, odor removal is facilitated by addition humic substances. Further, in the packed bed of the microorganism-retaining carrier formed under the granular packed bed of the active humic substance in the open type cylinder, the biological treatment is further promoted by the action of the microorganisms that are held and circulated in the circulation such as pond water. Part of the purified water and the sludge separated from the microorganism-holding carrier returns directly to the pumping conduit section through the water collecting section and returns to the pumping conduit section for recycling and reuse. By passing the pond water through the active humic substance in this way, the water is purified by the force of microorganisms, and the flocs that have grown at the same time are purified while floating in the lake, and the flocs that have settled humify the sludge and circulate throughout the lake. It can be purified.

The active humic substance-packed layer 7 is composed of granular humic substances containing fulvic acid and humic acid as main components, and is disposed above the biological-supporting carrier-packed layer 8. Further, the stored water portion 6 is formed by being partitioned by a punching plate 12 on the upper open type tubular body 2, is disposed on the upper part of the activated humic substance filling layer 6, and passes through the punching plate 12. Due to the water head difference caused by this, water can be forcedly passed through the contact material, the contact efficiency is good, and the growth effect of microorganisms can be promoted.

Industrial Applicability According to the present invention, an upper open donut-shaped tubular body is provided with a reservoir water portion, a packed layer of active humic substance communicating with the reservoir water portion, a packed layer of a microorganism holding carrier, and a water collecting portion. Along with providing a float portion on the tubular body, having a sprinkler at the center of the donut-shaped tubular body, and having a pumping mechanism having a fixed or retractable pumping conduit portion, a part of pond water or the like is provided. The water taken from the intake part to the pumping conduit part and pumped up is blown up into the air along the guide installed at the upper part, drops oxygen onto the stored water part while entraining oxygen while in contact with air, and then falls into the packed bed part. While flowing out and passing through the packed bed of granular active humic substances, the active humic substances gradually dissolve in the water and are collected in the water collection part and circulated from the return route into pond water etc. Aerobic microorganisms are retained by dissolved active humic substances Since reproduction is promoted in the body and BOD removal and other effective biological treatments are performed, abnormal growth of algae in pond water etc. is not observed, and the symbiotic action of the aerobic microorganisms and algae is inhibited. Instead, the water is purified by the power of aerobic microorganisms, the sludge is also humified to circulate and purify the entire lake water, while the aerobic microorganisms are propagated and abnormal growth of algae is mitigated to promote the symbiotic action of both. However, it is also possible to measure the offensive odor.
