TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for printing an image on a cloth and a cloth on which the image is printed.

(Prior Art) Dyeing of a fabric with a dye cannot produce an image like a photograph.
Also, even in the conventional multicolor printing, there is unevenness in the texture,
It cannot be applied to soft and highly stretchable fabrics.

It is only possible to print a photographic-like image on a cloth by means of a thermal transfer printing method with a slightly sublimable dye.
The public relations regarding this is as follows.

JP-B 39-18793 JP-B 41-18308 JP-B 47-44054 JP-B 47-51732 JP-B 47-8010 All of these print an image on paper using a sublimable dye and print it on a cloth. By stacking and heating,
It is a method of dyeing a dye on a cloth by utilizing the sublimability of a sublimable dye (from a solid to a gas when heated).

However, this method has the following major drawbacks.

(B) The sharpness of the image is far lower than that of the photograph.

(B) It has poor weather resistance and is easily discolored or discolored outdoors.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since the conventional sublimation dye thermal transfer printing method for printing an image on a cloth has the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention is an improvement of this drawback, that is, it is clear as a photograph. Its purpose is to have strong weather resistance and to print beautiful images on any kind of cloth.

(Means for Solving Problems) Images printed on paper are beautiful like photos and are inexpensive. Utilizing this property, after the surface having an image is adhered onto the cloth with an adhesive and the printing paper is dissolved and removed with a pulp dissolving liquid, only the image remains on the surface of the cloth. In other words, the image printed on paper is printed on the cloth as it is.
In addition, printing inks generally have stronger weather resistance than sublimable dyes, so that the above-mentioned object can be achieved.

For the adhesive, select one that adheres well to both the cloth material and the printing ink. A solvent-based adhesive may be used, but a thermocompression-bonding adhesive is more convenient.

Through the above operation, the image side of the printed matter is thermocompression-bonded to the cloth side with a thermocompression-bonding adhesive. Alternatively, after adhering with a solvent adhesive and drying, the paper of this printed matter is dissolved with a pulp solution, that is, an alkaline solution (5% caustic soda solution) or warm water, washed with water, and the paper quality is completely washed off with a sponge. And only the image of the printed matter composed of ink remains on the cloth surface. That is, the image printed on the paper is printed on the cloth as it is.

Moreover, this image is a beautiful image as it is printed on paper. Therefore, any image that can be reached by current printing technology, in any image, can be printed on the cloth in this way with its sharpness.

In this case, the image is the image printed on paper with the back surface on the front side. Therefore, the left and right sides are reversed. Therefore, it is necessary to use the reverse printing, that is, the reverse printing for the printing image of the prepared paper.
