には適用出来ない。
(Prior Art) Dyeing of a fabric with a dye cannot produce an image like a photograph.
Also, multi-color printing cannot be applied to fabrics that have large stretches because the fabric has irregularities.

これに関する広報は次のとおりである。
It is only possible to print a photographic-like image on a cloth by means of a thermal transfer printing method with a slightly sublimable dye.
The public relations regarding this is as follows.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 39-18793 Japanese Patent Publication No. 4751732 Japanese Patent Publication No. 41-18308 Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-8010 Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-44054 All of these print an image on paper using a sublimable dye and print it on a cloth. By stacking and heating,
It is a method of dyeing a dye on a cloth by utilizing the sublimation property of a sublimable dye.

しがしこの方法は次の様な大きい欠点がある。However, this method has the following major drawbacks.

(イ)画像の鮮明さは写真に比べてはるかに及ばない。(B) The sharpness of the image is far lower than that of the photograph.

(ロ)耐候性が弱く屋外では退色、変色し易い。(B) It has poor weather resistance and is easily discolored or discolored outdoors.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since the conventional sublimation dye thermal transfer printing method for printing an image on a cloth has the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention is an improvement of this drawback, that is, it is clear as a photograph. Its purpose is to have strong weather resistance and to print beautiful images on any kind of cloth.

(Means for Solving Problems) Images printed on paper are beautiful like photos and are inexpensive. Using this property, a release agent is applied to the surface with the image, this surface is temporarily adhered to a smooth plate with an adhesive, and the paper on the back side of the printed matter is dissolved and removed with a pulp solution to expose the back side of the image. .

After adhering the back side of this image to the side of the cloth, the image is left on the cloth when the temporarily adhered plate is peeled off. The image is printed on paper as it is.

In addition, printing inks generally have stronger weather resistance than sublimable dyes, so that the above-mentioned object can be achieved.

Since the back side of the printed matter temporarily adhered to the plate is the front side, the back side of the image of the printed matter is exposed when the paper is dissolved and removed with a pulp solution, that is, an alkaline solution (5% caustic soda solution) or warm water.

Since the image of the printed matter formed by this ink is very thin, it is necessary to temporarily adhere it to the plate to reinforce it. Otherwise, if the paper underlying the image is melted and removed,
This is because the image made of ink that has lost its base will collapse.

That is, the image printed on the paper is directly printed on the cloth surface. If a thin transparent plastic film is coated on the ink of the image after printing on the cloth, the weather resistance becomes stronger.

The embodiments of Examples 1 and 2 will print a soft image integral with the fabric on the fabric. Moreover, this image is a beautiful image as it is printed on paper. Therefore, any image that can be reached by current printing techniques, even in the case of any image, can be printed on the cloth in this way with its sharpness.
