があるので機械加工面を多く必要とし、製作コストがか
かる。また、前記空間部24内には空気が入っているの
で該空気はロッド22が右方向へ移動することによって
圧縮され抵抗が発生するのでシリンダ本体チュ−ブ21
に通気孔25を設けなければならなかった。本発明は上
記の問題に鑑みて成されたもので機械加工面が少なく組
付が容易で製作コストを削減できる電動シリンダを提供
することを目的とする。2.
