車10a,10b,10c,11及び駆動ねじ軸
5を介してこの駆動ねじ軸5に螺合させたナツト
7により摺動杆3を軸方向に往復動させるように
した電動シリンダにおいて、モーター12から駆
動ねじ軸5に至る伝動歯車のいずれか1つの歯車
軸5aに取付けられたスイツチ用作動ねじ軸13
と、この作動ねじ軸13に螺合され、当該作動ね
じ軸13の正逆回転によつて軸方向に往復動され
るストライカ15と、前記ベースフレーム1に固
設したスイツチ取付体18に取付けられてストロ
ーク両終端位置に配設され、前記ストライカ15
によつて作動されて前記モーター12を停止させ
る一対のリミツトスイツチ16,16′と、これ
ら各構成要素13,15,16,16′,18を
内部に収納すべく前記ベースフレーム1に取付け
られたカバーケース17とを具備して構成され
る。2は、ベースフレーム1に取付けられると共
に両サイドにトラニオン軸23,23′を固設し
たシリンダ外套であつて、前記ナツト7が周方向
に回動しないように規制している。駆動ねじ軸5
は、その外周に例えば右ねじを形成したもので、
ラジアル及びスラストを受ける軸受8によつて前
記ベースフレーム1に回転自在に支持されてい
る。駆動ねじ軸5に螺合されるナツト7は、この
ねじ軸5の正、逆回転によつて往復動する。ナツ
ト7には連結孔4付きの摺動杆3が取付けられ、
この摺動杆3は、シリンダ外套2の内側をガイド
としてナツト7と共に軸方向に往復動される。6

時に軸受8をベースフレーム1に固定している。
9は、軸受8を駆動ねじ軸5に締付け固定する固
定ねじである。11は駆動ねじ軸5の端部に取付

ラケツト22に取付固定されたモーター12より
の正逆回転力が中間歯車10a,10b,10c
を介して減速伝達される。また、駆動ねじ軸5の
軸端部5aには止めねじ14によつて作動ねじ軸
13が取付固定され、この作動ねじ軸13はその
外周に例えば右ねじを形成したもので、駆動ねじ
軸5の正逆回転に伴つて正逆回転する。作動ねじ
軸13に螺合されるストライカ15は、このねじ
軸13の正、逆回転によつて往復動する。なお、
この場合、作動ねじ軸13のねじピツチと駆動ね
じ軸5のねじピツチは用途により使い分けでき
る。本実施例の場合は、作動ねじ軸13の方のね
じピツチを小さくしてストローク設定部分を小型
化している。これにより、ストローク規制のため
のリミツトスイツチ16,16′及びそれらの構
成部品を小型化でき、カバーケース17内に容易
に収納することができる。即ち、駆動ねじ軸5の
ねじピツチを4mmとし、作動ねじ軸13のねじピ
ツチを0.4mmとすると、同一ストロークのときス
イツチ構成部は1/10の大きさでよい。スイツチ
取付体18は、ベースフレーム1上のブラケツト
22に取付固定されている。スイツチ取付体18
には、作動ねじ軸13に沿つて長孔20,20′
が設けられ、これら長孔20,20′には、リミ
ツトスイツチ16,16′が作動ねじ軸13に沿
つて移動調節可能に取付けられ、これによつてリ
ミツトスイツチ16,16′のカムローラ19,
