2. Description of the Related Art A dust-removing cloth for storing delicate items such as glasses, jewelry, and pianos is not only soft and flexible as a whole but also has fine dust on its surface. Not only the fat components, but also those having a special tissue structure or material that can be easily wiped off are common. As a conventionally known dirt-removing fabric, a split type ultrafine yarn obtained by composite spinning hydrophilic nylon and lipophilic polyester component is interlocked with a double-sided interlock (In
terlock) and knitting and weaving, and the knitted and woven fabric is treated with benzyl alcohol and a surfactant at high temperature for a long time to split the composite components and shrink the knitted fabric itself by 50% or more. It is manufactured by obtaining a cloth for removing dirt through another dyeing process.

However, since such a method has complicated steps and uses a large amount of environmentally polluting chemicals such as benzyl alcohol, it causes serious environmental problems. Further, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost becomes high. Therefore, the present invention has been made in order to improve such conventional problems, and has excellent cleaning ability and excellent properties of removing dirt and the like, while at the same time reducing environmental pollution and reducing manufacturing costs. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cloth for removing dirt, which can significantly reduce the amount of dust.

The split type ultrafine yarn used in the present invention is not particularly limited in kind and the like, but a composite spun yarn is prepared by appropriately combining a hydrophilic nylon component and a polyester component of a lipophilic interface. Although the composite yarn can be divided by a physical method and a chemical method, it is preferable that each single yarn fineness after the division is about 0.1 denier or less. If the fineness of the single yarn after division is about 0.1 denier or more, the texture and surface constitution of the cloth for removing dirt will be insufficient, and if the ratio of both components deviates to one side, special stains, etc. It is not preferable because the cleaning power for contaminants may decrease. Such ultrafine yarn may be used in a raw yarn state or after being stretched.

The high shrinkage polyester yarns characteristically used in the intermediate texture layer in the present invention have a shrinkage ratio of about 50 to 100%, preferably about 60 to 80% when treated in a salt bath at about 100 ° C. The fineness and other physical properties are not particularly limited. If the contraction rate is 5
If 0% or less is used, the shrinkage rate of the finally obtained cloth will be 50% or less, and there should be no uniform arrangement of micro-grooves and macro-grooves that should be on the surface. Therefore, the expansion and contraction recovery force and the impact resilience of the fabric are insufficient. As described above, it is preferable that the shrinkage ratio of the polyester is arbitrarily selected within the above-mentioned range in consideration of the target elasticity of the cloth / fiber product to be finally obtained.

In the present invention, in the method of knitting using the above-mentioned split type ultrafine yarn and the highly shrinkable polyester yarn, it is essential that the highly shrinkable polyester yarn is used as the intermediate layer, and therefore the triple structure is obtained. In addition, it is preferable to select a knitting structure so that the split type ultrafine yarns can be efficiently covered on both surfaces outside the intermediate layer. More preferable examples include, for example, a "repetition of a combination of 5 loops and 3 loops" as shown in FIG. 1, and a knitted structure, and a "5 loop repetition" as shown in FIG. The knitted and woven structure of ". Since the dyeing method of the present invention can be carried out by a usual nylon and polyester component material dyeing method, the description thereof will be omitted.

Industrial Applicability The decontamination cloth produced by the method of the present invention does not need to be treated with a conventional chemical agent such as benzyl alcohol, does not cause environmental pollution, and has a production cost of 50%. Not only can it be made cheaper, but it also has the morphological stability of a woven fabric, has little property that the yarn can be unwound after cutting, and is excellent in flexibility and elasticity. In particular, the effect obtained from the ultrafine loop by the divided surface ultrafine yarn and the effect obtained from the high shrinkage of the highly shrinkable polyester yarn intervening in the intermediate layer are combined, and the surface of the fabric has micro Since proper grooves and macro grooves coexist, it has an effect that not only contaminants such as fine dust particles but also contaminants such as macro dust particles can be easily removed by cleaning. It is very good for wiping a piano, etc.
