Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案はラベルプリンタ用紙に関し、主として衣料品の
品質表示票となるラベルプリンタ用紙に関している。
（従来の技術） 洋服から肌着まで全ての衣類は、素材および洗濯、プレ
スなどの取扱い方法を表示した品質表示票を縫着するこ
とが義務付けられており、又、この品質表示票は薄い布
で製造されている。
従来技術による品質表示票の印刷は専用の印刷機によっ
て製品ごとに印刷されて各縫製工場へ供給されていた。
縫製工場では印字された品質表示票の中から必要なもの
を選び出して製品と組み合せるのであるが、この作業は
簡単なようで手数を要していた。近年では製品のサイ
ズ、色などが多種にわたり、又、一度に縫製する量も少
なくなっているので、品質表示票の種類も当然多種にな
っている。
このため、品質表示票が製品の縫製仕上りに間に合ない
といった事態もみられ、縫製工場へ品質表示票を適切に
提供するということが縫製作業を能率よく行ううえで大
きな問題とされていた。
（考案が解決しようとする課題） 本考案は、衣類の品質表示票のような布製のラベルを通
常のコンピュータのプリンタで印字できるようにしたラ
ベルプリンタ用紙を提供することである。
（課題を解決するための手段） 本考案において課題を解決するための手段は、連続紙に
形成された台紙に布製の印字布を接着加工が施されてい
るが剥離可能なように貼り合せ、印字布が貼り合された
台紙の両側縁部にコンピュータのプリンタに装着するた
め一定の間隔で連続して穿孔した送り孔を設けると共
に、印字布にラベルの切り目を設けたものであって、具
体的には印字布は衣類の品質表示票としたことを特徴と
している。
（作用） プリンタ用紙１はコンピュータのプリンタに送り孔４を
利用して装着し、品質表示票６の各欄に製品に必要な事
項を印字する。
コンピュータのプリンタでの印字が可能なので、例えば
衣類メーカーが縫製工場へ製品の発注を行うときに、コ
ンピュータによって製品番号やサイズの指示を送れば、
この指示に従った縫製加工を行っている間に品質表示票
を印刷できることになり、製品の完成に伴って定価票お
よび品質表示票も準備できるものとなる。
（実施例） 第１図は平面図、第２図は第１図Ａ−Ａ断面図である。
これらの図において、プリンタ用紙１は台紙２の上面に
布製の品質表示印字布３を重ね合せたものであり、長手
方向に沿う両側縁部にプリンタに装着し用紙を送るため
一定間隔で連続して穿孔した送り孔４を設けている。
前記台紙２の表面および品質表示印字布３の裏面には接
着加工が施されていて通常の状態では台紙と品質表示印
字布とは一体になっているが両者は剥離可能なように貼
り合されている。又、前記品質表示印字布３には当該印
字布のみに切り目５により品質表示票６が形成されてい
る。そしてこの品質表示票６には製品番号、カラー、サ
イズ、表地、裏地などを表示する各欄の外に、洗濯およ
びプレス方法を表示した取扱いマーク表示欄を形成す
る。
なお、７はプリンタ用紙１を折り畳むためと切り離しの
ためのミシン目である。
実施例は上記の構成であって、プリンタ用紙１をコンピ
ュータのプリンタに装着し、各欄にそれぞれ製品に必要
な事項を印字する。印字された品質表示票６は切り目５
から剥して製品に縫着する。
実施例は品質表示票６が２個取りできるように２列に連
続して設けられているが、品質表示票は１列でもよく、
又、２列以上の複数列を並列して区画することができ
る。
（考案の効果） 本考案は、台紙に布製印字布を貼り合せたので衣料品の
品質表示票のように布製であってもコンピュータのプリ
ンタで印字することができるものである。
従って、本考案は例えば縫製工場などで製品の縫製作業
の進行に合せて当該工場で品質表示票の印字ができるの
で、印字済のものを予め作成しておく必要がなく、しか
も品質表示票の印刷遅れのために製品の出荷が遅延する
などの事故を防止することができることになる。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】連続紙に形成された台紙上に布製の印字布
    を接着加工が施されているが剥離可能に貼付し、該台紙
    の両側縁部にコンピュータのプリンタに装着するための
    送り孔を設け、上記印字布には該印字布のみに設けた切
    り目によって品質表示票を区画形成し、区画された当該
    品質表示票に製品番号、カラー、サイズ、素材などを記
    載する品質表示欄と洗濯あるいはプレス方法を表示する
    取扱マーク表示欄を設けたことを特徴とするラベルプリ
    ンタ用紙。
