この考案は、頭部装着ベルトにコイルスプリングをつけた、首筋力強化運動器 具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、頭部装着ベルトにおもりをつけた首筋力強化運動器具があった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
これは次のような欠点があった。 （イ）おもりが重く、持ち運びが不便であった。 （ロ）おもりをぶらさげるだけでは、首筋力を鍛えた実感に乏しかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
頭部装着ベルト（１）にコイルスプリング（２）の一端を取り付け、コイルス プリング（２）のもう一端にハンドル（３）を取り付ける。 本考案は、以上のような構成よりなる首筋力強化運動器具である。

【作用】
頭部装着ベルト（１）を頭部に巻き、ハンドル（３）を手でにぎり、腕をいっ ぱいに伸ばす。すると、コイルスプリング（２）が伸ばされ、頭部を引く力が生 じ、頭部を支える首の筋肉に負荷が生じ、首筋力の強化運動ができる。

【実施例】
以下、本案の実施例について説明する。 （イ）頭部装着ベルト（１）にコイルスプリング（２）の一端を取り付ける。 （ロ）コイルスプリング（２）のもう一端に、コの字型のステーを取り付けた棒 状のハンドル（３）を取り付ける。 本案は以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、頭部装着ベルト（１）を 頭部に巻き、ハンドル（３）を手でにぎり、腕をいっぱいに伸ばす。すると、コ イルスプリング（２）が伸ばされ、頭部が引っ張られるが、首の筋肉を使い頭部 をまっすぐ動かないようにする。この状態を保ちながら腕を伸ばしたり、縮めた りすることにより、首の筋力を強化する運動ができる。

【考案の効果】
軽量に作れるので持ち運びに便利な上、腕を伸び縮みさせることにより、首の 筋肉に掛かる力に変化をもたせることができ、運動の効果が実感できる。
