PURPOSE:To obtain a polyolefinic substrate film useful as a tacky film or sheet having excellent mechanical characteristics and tear resistance in both length wise and crosswise directions and peeling workability, containing PP and two rubber components in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:This substrate film comprises (A) 60-90wt.% of PP, (B) 40-2-wt.% of a styrenic elastomer and (C) 40-2wt.% of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer or propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer. One side of the substrate film is provided with a tacky agent layer having preferably 1-20mum thickness to give a tacky film suitable as a surface-protecting tacky film.

る場合にしわが入ったり、ずれたりして貼り合わせ作業
性が極めて悪いという問題がある。 また、ポリプロピ
レン基材の場合は、手貼り作業性は極めて良好である
が、剥離する際にポリプロピレンの高い結晶性により特
定方向に裂け易いという欠点がある。
