For example, as shown in "Technology and Economics of Vegetable Factory" (1983), pages 94 to 96, the illuminance on the cultivation floor was made as uniform as possible.

I got it.

It is achieved by associating the weight of the seedling with the illuminance and the large seedling on the lower illuminance side and the small seedling on the higher illuminance side.

Therefore, seedlings with uneven weight generated due to individual differences of plants up to the seedling raising stage and unevenness of environmental conditions are planted in correspondence with their size and illuminance to correct the uniformity in the subsequent growth. It

The cultivation trough 3 moves to the right, reaches the right end of the nursery bed 1, and the nursery is finished. The resulting seedlings 5 and 6 have variations in their weight. This seedling is planted in the cultivation trough 3 at the left end of the growth bed 2, grows while moving to the right on the growth bed 2, and is harvested as a product 7 at the right end.

図に示すようなものでももちろんさしつかえない。A lamp 8 for illumination is arranged above the growing bed 2, and the growing bed 2 is illuminated only by the lamp. At this time, FIG. 1 (b)
As shown in, by adjusting the distance between the cultivation bed and the lamp (or the arrangement density of the lamps: or a combination of both), a gradient 9 is given to the magnitude of the illuminance on the cultivation bed. On the other hand, the seedlings planted at the left end of the growth floor 2 have a variable weight 5,6
Corresponds to the gradient 9 of the illuminance, and the larger one is sequentially selected from the low illuminance side. The shape of the illuminance gradient 9 on the cultivation floor is the second
Of course, the one shown in the figure can be used.
