12を付設し、止着板2の中心部に、左右両縁部を上下方
向にして表面に折り返した折り返し部6を形成し、下縁
に前記係止間隙4に係止される裏面に折り返した折り込
み片13を形成し、中央に上下方向にして表面に前記突出
片19が嵌入されることで基板1の左右動を規制する凹条
22を形成した金属薄板製の雨水浸入防止板7を付設した
