TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a roof structure made of tiles such as ceramics, and more specifically, a plurality of tiles are provided in different shapes, and different types of tiles are stepped. It relates to a roof structure constructed like that. (B) Conventional technology Conventionally, the roof tiles are placed on the roof tiles and scratches provided on the ground board one by one, and are roofed. At the time of its construction, the roof tiles are roofed in the next step above the gradient direction of the roof tile that was previously covered. Overlap the lower part of the direction of the slope of the roof tile. And, in order to make rainwater flow downward smoothly and to improve the appearance, the roof tiles are lined not only in the horizontal direction but also in the vertical line. (C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention By the way, when a strong wind blows along the roof tiles, the strong winds flow on the smooth tile surface without being disturbed. When pressure is applied and it is sucked up with a strong force upwards, many tiles may fly off the roof at the same time, but in the above-mentioned conventional tile roof with a roof tile, the tiles are laterally and Since they are lined up in an orderly manner in the vertical direction, the wind smoothly and vigorously flows along the tile surface, and there is a high risk that the tiles will blow away, and it is necessary to take troublesome measures such as fixing all the tiles with nails. I will end up. Therefore, the present invention provides roofs with roof tiles that are different in shape of roof tiles, and are configured such that horizontal lines and vertical lines including roof tile joining lines are irregular, thereby eliminating the above-mentioned problems. It is intended to provide a structure. (D) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the side edges of each of the plurality of sheets are partially overlapped and joined, and the lower side in the gradient direction is the lower tile surface. In a roof structure with roof tiles configured to be stacked and stepped to form a roof, in a roof-roofed state, the end arranged on the lower side in the gradient direction is irregularly uneven and is a flat plate-shaped first type Roof tile and the end arranged on the lower side in the gradient direction when the roof is covered with a roof, and the length, width and thickness of the roof tile are different from those of the first type roof tile described above. There is provided a roof structure with tiles, characterized in that two types of tiles are used and the tiles of the first type and the tiles of the second type are alternately arranged. (E) Action The first type roof tile and the second type roof tile are arranged alternately. First
The roof tiles of the second kind and the roof tiles of the second kind have different lengths, widths, thicknesses, and shapes of their lower ends when they are roofed, so they are composed of joint lines of roof tiles. The lines in the vertical direction are irregular, and irregularities are also formed in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the strong wind blown is disturbed by the irregular shape of the tile roof. In addition, since the roofed state is irregular in appearance, the same appearance as that of expensive natural straight roof tiles can be obtained. Since the tiles of the first type and the tiles of the second type have different thicknesses, the step-like lines seen when the roof is looked up from below are more irregular, and a more natural atmosphere can be created. (F) Example Hereinafter, an example according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the roof tile 3, which is the first type of roof tile, is large, relatively thin, and configured in a flat plate shape.
And on the roof tile surface 3a, a rock-shaped (or wood-grained) uneven pattern 5 is formed over substantially the entire area, and
A vertical groove 6 is formed so as to divide the roof tile surface 3a into three equal parts, so that when the roof is roofed, three stone plate straight roof tiles can be seen as thatched roof. Further, the roof tile 3 is formed with a sag 9a ... Divided by step portions 10, 10 continuing from the vertical groove 6 at the lower part (small edge) 7 in the gradient direction, and at the upper part (rear butt) 11 in the gradient direction. A levee-shaped projection 12 is formed over the entire width thereof and a nail hole 13 is formed. Also,
A recess 14 is formed from the bank-like projection 12 to the rear side of the uneven pattern 5, and a joint portion 15 for joining another roof tile 3 is formed on one side in the width direction of the roof tile 3. Has been done. On the other hand, on the back surface 3b of the roof tile 3, as shown in FIG. 5, vertical ribs 16 and 16 and horizontal ribs 17 and 17, respectively, are formed, and projections are formed at the intersections of these vertical ribs 16 and horizontal ribs 17. 19,19,
20 and 20 are formed, and the projections are further adjacent to the projections 20 and 20.
21,21 are formed. A protrusion 22 is formed on the upper side 11 in the gradient direction sandwiched between the vertical ribs 16 and 16, and a protrusion 23, 23 is formed on the upper 11 side in the gradient direction further than the protrusion 22. Further, an edge portion 25 and a narrow groove 26 are formed in the lower portion 7 in the gradient direction over the width direction thereof, and the other side in the width direction is engaged with the joint portion 15 of another roof tile 3 in an overlapping manner. The engaging protrusions 27 ... Having such a structure are formed. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the roof tile 3 and the roof tile 3 are
The roof tile 4 for insertion, which is a second-type roof tile configured to be inserted between the roof tiles, is formed in the width direction to be approximately 1/3 of the roof tile 3, and the length in the vertical direction is the roof tile 3. Is slightly longer than that of the roof tile 3 and is thicker than the roof tile 3 in terms of thickness. Further, the roof tile 4 for insertion is formed with a rock-shaped (or wood-grained) uneven pattern 5 ', like the roof tile 3, and a sag 9b is formed below the gradient direction 7 thereof. Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, when performing roofing roofing work, as shown in FIG. 1, the roof tiles 3 are placed from the bottom on the roof tiles and scratches provided on the ground plate. In this case, in this case, the roof tile 3 for insertion is appropriately inserted and placed between the roof tiles 3 and the roof tile 3 is put. Then, when viewed from below, as shown in FIG. 2, the tiles 3 that are stepped in a stepwise manner and the hanging tiles 9a ..., 9b ... Even in the plan view shown in FIG.
The tiles appear to be irregularly arranged due to their different sizes, and in addition to the rock-shaped unevenness pattern 5 on the surface of the tiles, the roof has a natural feel as if it were made of expensive natural slate tiles. Represented. When a strong wind accompanied by rain is blown onto the roof due to a typhoon or the like, the strong wind causes disturbance of the horizontal and vertical lines due to the difference in the shapes of the roof tile 3 and the roof tile 4 for insertion, and the surface of the roof tiles 3 and 4. Since it is disturbed by the concavo-convex patterns 5 and 5 ', it is possible to prevent the problem that the roof tile 3 and the roof tile 4 for insertion are sucked up and blown off.
Further, in the construction, it is not necessary to consider the joining line of the roof tile 3, the roof tile 4 for insertion, and the line in the vertical direction formed by the vertical groove 6, so that the work can be performed quickly. Further, in this embodiment, the roof tile 4 for insertion is formed thicker than the roof tile 3 and the thickness is different only between the roof tile 4 for insertion and the roof tile 3, but the roof tile 3 having different thickness is provided. , Roof tile 3, roof tile formed thinner (or thicker) than roof tile 3, and roof tile 4 for insertion
The roof may be configured to have a more uneven shape by using, and the insertion roof tiles 4 and the insertion roof tiles 4 formed to be thinner than the insertion roof tiles 4 with different thicknesses. Roof tiles
It may be used together with the roof tile 3 to make a roof. (G) Effect of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the lateral and vertical lie of the tile roof can be made irregular, which allows the wind to follow the tiles during a strong wind such as a typhoon. Disturb the laminar flow condition caused by turbulent flow, generate eddies in the wind flow near the roof tile, reduce the flow velocity, and reliably prevent problems such as the roof tile being sucked up and blown off by the laminar flow to improve safety. You can Furthermore, when laying roof tiles, it is possible to work without considering any deviation in the vertical line formed by roof tile joining lines and the like, which allows the work to proceed easily and quickly without the need for skill, It is possible to improve workability and reduce costs associated therewith. Further, since the line deviation during construction gives the appearance of natural slate roof tiles to improve the appearance, the roof can be made to look expensive even though inexpensive roof tiles are used. In addition, multiple types of roof tiles with different shapes differ in overall size of the roof tiles, which makes the roof tiles look more irregular and natural when viewed from above, improving the aesthetic appearance. You can Further, since the plurality of types of roof tiles having different shapes also have different thicknesses, it is possible to make the stair-like lines seen when the roof is looked up from below more irregular to create a natural atmosphere.
