[Prior Art] Sake lees have been conventionally used as a raw material for edible products such as amazake, sake buns, and kasu soup, and as seasoning materials such as Nara pickles, wasabi pickles, and fish pickles. In recent years, in the field of cosmetics as well, attention has been paid to proteins, amino acids, starches, yeasts, vitamins and dietary fiber contained in sake lees, and putty-like packs based on sake lees (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho
59-164711) and bath agents (JP-A-62-106008).

However, when the sake lees are left to stand for a long period of time, their components and the like change and soften, and browning occurs, and at the same time, the odor also changes, which is not preferable as a cosmetic raw material. Although various modifications have been carried out for the purpose of preventing these, sake lees-containing cosmetics having satisfactory long-term storage stability have not yet been obtained so far.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Therefore, as a result of intensive studies in view of the present situation, the present inventors have found that it is possible to prevent discoloration and odor of sake lees, and moreover, it is safe with a protective effect on the skin. The present invention has led to the discovery of a highly processed sake lees treated product and the development of new powder cosmetics containing such treated products.

The rice flour is about 8% (wt%,
The same applies to the following), preferably 10% or more of rice flour obtained after removing the red rice bran portion, but rice flour with 50% or more of the rice polishing portion of the brown rice (rice by-product of brewing sake rice Shiranuka) is more preferable. When the residual rate of the red rice bran part exceeds 92% with respect to the brown rice, the unpleasant odor of the rice bran tends to be strong, and the color and odor tend to change with time. Further, in the case of rice flour having a residual rate of the rice-polishing part of less than 50% with respect to brown rice, the skin tends to be easily degreased.

The mixing ratio of the sake lees and rice flour (sake lees / rice flour: weight ratio) is 20
/ 80 to 80/20, preferably 30/70 to 60/40. If the mixing ratio exceeds 80/20, the resulting powder cosmetic tends to be discolored or odor during storage.
When the amount is less than the above, the skin-protecting effect of sake lees tends to be small, and when water is added, it tends to become mama-like.

The mixture of sake lees and rice flour is heated after adding water. As such water, purified water is usually used, and the water is usually added in an amount of 150 to 500 parts, particularly 300 to 350 parts, relative to 100 parts of the mixture (parts by weight, hereinafter the same). When the amount of water added is less than 150 parts, the mixture and water tend to be difficult to knead, and when more than 500 parts, work efficiency such as freeze-drying tends to be poor. Further, the heat treatment is performed for sterilization,
The heating temperature is preferably 55 to 90 ° C, especially 80 to 85 ° C. If the heating temperature is lower than 55 ° C, the sterilization treatment tends to be insufficient or takes too long, and if it is higher than 90 ° C, quality deterioration such as discoloration or odor is likely to occur. Next, the mixture is allowed to cool to room temperature and then dried. Examples of such a drying treatment method include a vacuum freeze drying method and a spray drying method. Among these methods, the spray-drying method requires high-temperature operation, and therefore the quality of the raw material to be treated is likely to deteriorate. Therefore, it is preferable to perform drying by the vacuum freeze-drying method.

Such a vacuum freeze-drying method, the mixture of heat-sterilized sake lees and rice flour and water are transferred to a freeze-dryer, cooled to about -40 to -20 ° C and frozen, and the temperature is set to 20 in a reduced pressure atmosphere.
It is a method of obtaining a dried product by gradually increasing the temperature to 0 ° C, for example, with a temperature gradient of 0.04 to 0.06 ° C / min.

The dried product obtained next is further pulverized by, for example, a sample mill or a Henschel pulverizer to obtain a particle size of 80.
It is adjusted so that the processed sake lees are less than the mesh pass. When the particle size is larger than 80 mesh pass, the resulting processed lees of sake lees tend to have a poor feel and also have poor solubility in water.

Reference Examples 1 to 6 Sake lees and rice bran were mixed in a mixing ratio shown in Tables 1 and 2 so that the total amount was 350 g, and purified water was added to the mixture.
1100 ml was added and the mixture was heated to 85 ° C. and stirred so that a uniform composition was obtained. After allowing this mixture to cool to 40 ° C., it was transferred to a freeze dryer (manufactured by Nippon Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd., trade name: DF-01F), cooled to −40 ° C. for about 30 seconds and frozen. Next, after setting the degree of vacuum of the freeze dryer to 0.1 to 0.2 mmHg, the temperature of the freeze dryer was gradually increased to a temperature gradient of 0.04 to 0.06 ° C / min to sublimate the water content of the frozen mixture to form a dried product. I got it. Further, the dried product was crushed by a Henschel crusher to obtain a powdered sake lees treated product having a particle size of 80 mesh pass.
