本発明は、シワの改善に有用な皮膚化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
人間が経験する加齢変化に於いて、容貌などに最も大きな影響を与えるものはシワの増大である。これは、シワが最も存在の目立つ顔に出来やすい為である。この様な状況から、シワを改善する手段が種々考え出されてきた。この様な手段としては、例えば、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムなどの保湿性の高い保湿成分を投与することによってシワ改善する手段や、光散乱性の粉体を用いてデフォーカスする手段などが例示できる。この内、保湿効果の高い保湿成分による処置は、確かにシワの進展に歯止めはかけられるものの、完全には止められないし、既に出来上がったシワに対しては改善作用は見られない場合が少なくなかった。又、粉体によるデフォーカスではシワの存在は目立たなく出来るものの、シワの存在をなくすことは出来ないし、シワの更なる生成も抑制することは出来ない。即ち、シワを改善し目立たなくさせる手段の開発が望まれていた。

一方、パーフルオロポリエーテルもポリアクリル酸及び／又はその塩とカルボキシビニルポリマー及び／又はその塩とグリセリンの混合物であるＵＰジェリーなどの含水性高分子も化粧料原料として、皮膚化粧料に既に使用されているものであるが、これらを組み合わせて皮膚化粧料に含有させることは行われていなかったし、この様に組み合わせて皮膚化粧料に含有させることにより、シワを改善し目立たなくさせることが出来ることも全く知られていなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はこの様な状況下為されたものであり、シワを改善し目立たなくさせる手段を提供することを課題とする。

【課題の解決手段】
本発明者らは、かかる状況に鑑みて、シワを改善し目立たなくさせる手段を求めて、鋭意研究を重ねた結果、パーフルオロポリエーテルと特定の含水性高分子を含有する皮膚化粧料にその様な効果を見出し、発明を完成させるに至った。以下、本発明について実施の形態を中心に詳細に説明を加える。

【発明の実施の形態】
（１）本発明の皮膚化粧料の必須成分であるパーフルオロポリエーテル
本発明の皮膚化粧料はパーフルオロポリエーテルを含有することを特徴とする。パーフルオロポリエーテルは、化粧料の分野では、溌水・溌油性油剤としてリップカラーコート等に使用されている。この様なパーフルオロポリエーテルの市販品としては、例えばホンブリンＨＣ０４（アウジモント社製）等が好ましく例示できる。又、このものをエマルジョンに加工したニッコールＮＥＴーＨＣ０４（日光ケミカル株式会社製、パーフルオロポリエーテルを６５重量％含有）を使用することもできる。使用形態としては、ニッコールＮＥＴーＨＣ０４を使用するのが特に好ましい。これは、予め細かい粒子にされている為、皮膚化粧料に含有させた場合、安定性が向上するためである。本発明の皮膚化粧料に於ける、これらパーフルオロポリエーテルの好ましい含有量は、０．０１〜１０重量％であり、更に好ましくは０．０５〜５重量％である。これは、多すぎると系の安定性に悪影響が出ることがあり、少なすぎるとシワ改善作用が阻害される場合があるからである。

（２）本発明の皮膚化粧料の必須成分である含水性高分子
本発明の皮膚化粧料は含水性高分子を含有することを特徴とする。本発明で言う、含水性高分子とは、自己重量以上に水分を含有することの出来る高分子であり、ポリアクリル酸及び／又はその塩とカルボキシビニルポリマー及び／又はその塩とグリセリンの混合物、ポリオキシエチレン付加グルコース、ポリオキシプロピレン付加グルコースが挙げられる。これらは例えば、ポリアクリル酸及び／又はその塩とカルボキシビニルポリマー及び／又はその塩とグリセリンの混合物としてはＵＰジェリー（ガーディアン社製）が、ポリオキシエチレン付加グルコースとしてはグルカムＥ−１０（アマコール社製）が、ポリオキシプロピレン付加グルコースとしてはグリコポリオールＰＰ２５（日本油脂株式会社製）等が市販品として好ましく例示できる。特に好ましいものはＵＰジェリーである。これらはただ一種を使用することもできるし、二種以上を組み合わせて使用することもできる。本発明の皮膚化粧料に於ける、これら含水性高分子の好ましい含有量は、０．０１〜８０重量％であり、更に好ましくは０．０５〜３０重量％である。

（３）本発明の皮膚化粧料
本発明の皮膚化粧料は、上記パーフルオロポリエーテルと含水性高分子を含有することを特徴とする。これらの成分を組み合わせることにより、該皮膚化粧料を皮膚上に投与した場合、皮膚上の強固な保護膜が皮膚の保水性を高め、それと同時に光学的効果により、物理的にもシワの存在を目立たせなくさせることができる。本発明の皮膚化粧料は、シワの生成のような加齢変化を抑制し、光学的にもシワを目立たせなく見せ、肌を美しく見えるように出来ることから、シワ改善を旨として用いるのが特に好ましい。本発明の皮膚化粧料では、上記必須成分以外に通常皮膚化粧料で使用される任意成分を含有することが出来る。かかる任意成分としては、例えば、ワセリンやマイクロクリスタリンワックス等のような炭化水素類、ホホバ油やゲイロウ等のエステル類、牛脂、オリーブ油等のトリグリセライド類、セタノール、オレイルアルコール等の高級アルコール類、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸等の脂肪酸、グリセリンや１，３−ブタンジオール等の多価アルコール類、非イオン界面活性剤、アニオン界面活性剤、カチオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、エタノール、カーボポール等の増粘剤、防腐剤、紫外線吸収剤、抗酸化剤、色素、粉体類等が好ましく例示できる。これら任意成分の中で特に好ましいものは、ジメチコン（粘度１０ｃｓ〜１０００００ｃｓ）、フェニルメチルポリシロキサン（粘度１０ｃｓ〜１０００００ｃｓ）、メチルポリシロキサンや架橋型ジメチルポリシロキサン等のように３次元構造を有するシリコーンエラストマー等のシリコーン類、大豆蛋白（エルヒビン）やコウキのエッセンス等のエラスターゼの活性を抑える物質、プラセンターエキス、ローヤルゼリー、グリコーゲン等の細胞を賦活する作用を有する物質や硫酸化アルギン酸とその生理的に許容される塩やバクガの根部のエッセンス等のコラーゲン合成を促進する成分、或いは、ミントのエッセンス、セージのエッセンス、ローズマリーのエッセンス、ジンセンのエッセンス、オウゴンのエッセンス、シラカバのエッセンス等の過酸化物生成抑制剤である。これらエラスターゼ活性阻害成分、細胞賦活成分やコラーゲン合成促進剤、過酸化物生成抑制剤はそれぞれ総量で０．０１〜１重量％程度含有することが好ましい。尚、本発明に於いて、エッセンスとは、植物体そのもの、植物体を乾燥・細切・粉砕など行った加工物、植物体又はその加工物に溶媒などを加えて抽出した抽出物、抽出物の溶媒除去物、それらを分画精製した精製物等の総称を意味する。又、シリコーンは０．１〜１０重量部含有させることが特に好ましい。本発明の皮膚化粧料としては、シリコーンを含有することが特に好ましい。これらの成分を常法に従って処理することにより、本発明の皮膚化粧料を製造することが出来る。

以下に、実施例を挙げて本発明について更に詳細に説明を加えるが、本発明がこれら実施例にのみ限定を受けないことは言うまでもない。

上記、実施例１のクリームについて、シワ改善効果をしらべた。即ち、シワに悩むパネラー５人を用いて、１日朝・晩２回、毎日１カ月間、上記クリーム、実施例１のクリームのニッコールＮＥＴ−ＣＨ０４を水に置換した比較例１、実施例１のクリームのＵＰジェリーを水に置換した比較例２の何れかを右側に塗布し、実施例１のクリームのニッコールＮＥＴ−ＣＨ０４とＵＰジェリーを水に置換した対照例１のクリームを左側に塗布し、左側に比した右側のシワの改善を、＋＋：非常に改善、＋：明らかに改善、±：僅かに改善、−：改善せずの基準で評価した。結果を表２に出現例数として示す。これより、本発明の皮膚外用組成物である化粧料は、シワを改善させる作用に優れることがわかる。又、この効果がパーフルオロポリエーテルと含水性高分子の相乗効果であることもわかる。
