【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明はカラーテレビ、その他のカラー表示装置に使
われるカラーフイルタの製法に関するものである。

感受性の硬化剤とを添加したものをガラス基板に塗布

タを製造する方法が提案されている(特開昭57−16407
号)。

上記従来のカラーフイルタの製法においては、樹脂に着
色剤が溶けにくく、濃い色が出せないとか、樹脂に着色
剤と光感受性の硬化剤とを添加してかくはんしているう
ちに、樹脂が暗反応などで硬膜されてパターニングがで
きなくなる、といつた問題があつた。

この発明は上記従来の技術における問題点を解決するも
ので、可染性樹脂溶液にこの樹脂を染めることのできる
染料を添加し、かくはんした後に光感受性硬化剤を添加
してなる着色膜剤を用いて、色が濃く、安定で、しかも
パターニングが確実に行なえるカラーフイルタの製法を
提供するものである。

〔実施例〕〔Example〕

ゼラチン水溶液に緑色の酸性染料を添加して超音波かく
はんした後、光感受性硬化剤として重クロム酸アンモニ
ウムを加えて着色膜剤1を得た。これをガラス基板2に
塗布し乾燥させた(第2図)。ついでこれをパターン露
光させて、非露光部分を現像液で溶出させて緑色のカラ
ーフイルタパターンGを形成してベーキングした(第3
図)。ついで赤色,青色の染料で、それぞれ同様にカラ
ーフイルタパターンR,Bを形成して、緑,赤,青の三色
のカラーフイルタをつくつた(第1図)。なおこれらの
工程はすべてイエロールーム内で行つた。
