BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, when the car body of an automobile is dented due to an accident or the like, in order to repair the dented portion with putty, first, so-called coarse putty is applied to the dented portion in a heap-like shape, and then applied. The putty is dried by heating from the surface of the putty. After the drying, polishing is performed until a recess is formed, and the intermediate putty is applied in a heap shape to the polished recess. The intermediate putty is dried from the surface, and the surface of the intermediate putty is dried and polished until a depression is formed. Finished putty is applied in a heap shape to the recesses formed by polishing the intermediate putty, and after the application, the surface of the finished putty is heated and dried. After this drying, the surface of the finished putty is polished so as to be continuous with the surface around the repaired portion in a smooth plane or curved surface. The surface treatment work of such a depressed portion requires a lot of labor and is time consuming.

Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention In these prior arts, since the putty is dried from the surface,
The finish putty layer or the intermediate putty layer is dried first, and the surface becomes hard. Therefore, if the rough putty layer was not sufficiently dried, there was a possibility that the bottom rough putty layer would remain without being dried. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to gently heat from the surface side of the finished putty layer to dry it for a long time, and the workability is poor.

Effect According to the present invention, while the putty applied to the recessed portion is in a soft state, the jig having the arc-shaped contact portion is contact-moved to form the recess, and this series of operations is performed in a single operation. Repeated one or more times, then apply putty in a soft state, and while still in a soft state, shape with a jig having a contact portion. Finally, the surface of the object to be treated opposite to the surface on which the putty is applied is heated to dry the putty, and then the putty having a plurality of layers is polished. Therefore, compared with the above-mentioned prior art, the work process is significantly simplified, and the work can be completed in a short time.

Example FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the treatment process of the surface treatment method of the present invention step by step. First, as shown in FIG. 1 (1), the surface of the recessed portion 2 of the metal plate 1 is shown. Is roughened to increase the adhesion strength between the putty and the surface, and rough putty 3 having high viscosity and good adhesion is applied in a heap shape. Second, as described below
Using the putty jig 9 shown in the figure, the recess 4 is formed as shown in FIG. 1 (2), and the intermediate putty 5 having a lower viscosity than the coarse putty 3 is applied in a heap shape. Next, as shown in FIG. 1C, a recess 6 shallower than the recess 4 is formed by using a putty jig 9. Finally, as shown in Fig. 1 (4),
The finishing putty 7 is applied by, for example, a spray gun, and the other side of the metal plate 1 on which the rough putty 3 is applied is heated using a heat source such as far infrared rays to dry the putties 3, 5, 7 and the surface is polished after drying. And finish.

FIG. 2 shows a front view of the putty jig 9 of the present invention, and FIG. 3 shows an exploded perspective view. The putty jig 9 is formed by attaching a bracket 1 to a shaping member 10 having elasticity such as hard rubber or synthetic resin.
2 and 13 are fixed, and the operation rod 14 is attached to the brackets 12 and 13.The radius of curvature of the contact portion 11 is changed by the displacement between the brackets 12 and 13 by rotating the operation rod 14. It is what makes me. Bracket for shaping member 10
The opposite ends of 12, 13 are formed in a wedge shape that tapers away from the brackets 12, 13 and has contact surfaces 22, 23. The intersection of the contact surfaces 22 and 23 over the entire length of the shaping member 10 in the longitudinal direction is configured as the contact portion 11.

The length l1 of the shaping member 10 is longer than the range of the recessed portion 2 to be surface-treated, and the length l2 of the brackets 12 and 13 is
Has a length such that the shaping member 10 does not bend in the thickness direction when the operation rod 14 is rotated. The bracket 12 has a screw hole 17, and the bracket 13 has a mounting hole 18. A flange 23 is fixed to one end of the operating rod 14, and a flange 24 is fixed at a position slightly distant from the flange 23 by a length l2 of the bracket 13 in the axial direction of the operating rod to the bracket 13 having a mounting hole 18. It is mounted so that it does not move, an outer screw is formed at the other end, a knob 15 is fixed, and it meshes with a screw hole 17 of the bracket 12.

When using the putty jig 9, first, the contact portion 11 is brought into contact with the non-recessed surface of the metal plate 1 in the vicinity of the recessed portion 2 to match the curvatures of both, and then the knob 15 is rotated to bring the bracket 12 into contact. The rough putty layer 3 is processed as described above by displacing the electrodes 13, 13 in the direction of mutual proximity so that the contact portion 11 is largely projected. Next, the knob 15 is rotated in the opposite direction, the radius of curvature of the contact portion 11 is increased, and the intermediate putty layer 5 is processed as described above. By rotating the knob 15 as described above, the radius of curvature of the contact portion 11 can be arbitrarily selected. In order to shape the surface of the putty 7 into a smooth surface that is convex outward as shown in Fig. 1 (4), the brackets 12 and 13 are displaced in the direction away from each other and the contact portion 11 is recessed in an arc shape. As a result, the putty jig 9 may be operated.

FIG. 4 shows the contact surface 11 of the putty jig 9 when shaping the putty layers 3, 5, and 7.
It is an expanded sectional view near the surface of the vicinity. Generally, when shaping the putty surface with a thin plate, the surface becomes rough when the putty surface is slid perpendicularly to the putty surface and slides on the putty surface. However, if the thin plate is slid down in the traveling direction and slid, a smooth finished surface is obtained. In order to obtain the above effects, the contact surfaces 22 and 23 of the shaping member 10 are provided with an angle θ of 20 to 45 ° with respect to the thickness direction of the shaping member 10.

FIG. 5 is a view showing another structure for preventing the shaping member 10 from bending in the thickness direction. One or two flexible thin plates 30 inside the shaping member 10 are parallel to the contact portion 11 and mutually, and the thickness direction of the thin plate 30 is the shaping member.
By embedding the shape member 10 at right angles to the longitudinal direction, it is possible to completely prevent the shaping member 10 from being curved in the thickness direction.

Effects As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of layers of putty in a soft state are applied on one surface having a recessed portion of the object to be processed, the other surface of the object to be processed is heated, and the putty is dried. As a result, the moisture moves from the inside to the surface, and the putty gradually dries from the side of the object to be treated, so even the putty of any thick layer is completely dried, and the rough putty has a great strength against the surface of the object to be treated. And the putty layer is dried at once, so the work can be completed in a short time.
