(Prior Art and Problems) As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a floating roof in a floating roof tank is mainly composed of a deck post, a ring-shaped support member supported by the deck post, a deck, and the like. As a typical method for disassembling this, there is a method of appropriately gas-cutting the above-mentioned members. According to this fusing method, as the fusing progresses, there is a risk of collapse due to the deterioration of the stability of the floating roof type, and there is a problem in terms of safety such as falling of the fusing worker from the floating roof, and it is difficult to dismantle. There was a problem that required time and effort. The present invention solves the above problems, and the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

(Structure and Action of the Invention) In FIGS. 3 to 6, reference numeral 1 is a deck post,
A floating roof 2 is composed of a ring-shaped support member 3, a deck 4, and the like. The floating roof 1 is installed in a tank body 5. Then, when, for example, crude oil, naphtha, etc. are introduced into the tank body 5, the floating roof 2 moves up and down depending on the amount of introduction.

In such a structure, at least one towing member attachment portion 6 is provided on the edge side of the deck 4. The traction member attachment portion 6 has, for example, a traction member through hole 11 and is configured to be attached to the deck 4 by welding. The traction member 7 can be attached by the traction member attachment portion 6, and the tank body 5 is provided with traction member extraction holes 8 corresponding to the number of attachment portions 6. The deck post 2 is tilted by pulling the towing member 7 and applying a rotational force to the deck 4. At this time, the pulley 9 is attached to the pulling member take-out hole 8, and the pulling member is wound around the pulley 9 to pull the pulling member 7.

In the embodiment, the traction member attachment portions 6 are attached as a pair, and the corresponding traction member extraction holes 8 are provided in the lower portion of the tank main body 5, but the traction member attachment portions 6 and The take-out hole 8 may be one each, and the take-out hole 8 does not necessarily have to be the lower part of the tank body 5, and the pulley 9 is not an essential component. explain.

(Operation) When the towing members 7, for example, the wires 7 are simultaneously pulled by the two towing vehicles 10, a rotational force in the direction of the arrow, that is, a couple force acts on the deck 4, and the deck 4 is positioned below the deck 4. Since the towing member extracting hole 8 is provided, a downward force is applied to the deck 4 at the same time, and the deck post 2 falls down as shown by the forces, and the deck 4 and the ring-shaped supporting member 3 descend together. To do. Therefore, their dismantling can be done on the tank floor without any danger. When pulling the towing member 7,
Since it is pulled via the pulley 9, even if the pulling member attachment portion 6 moves as a couple of forces are applied, the wire can be pulled smoothly without changing the pulling direction of the wire. Also,
At least one pair of the pulling member attaching portions 6 having the wire passing holes 11 may be welded to the deck 4, and the tank body 5 has the wire extracting holes 8 and the number of the pulling member attaching portions 6. There is no risky work since it is only provided in response to.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is a method for defeating a floating root by giving a rotating force, that is, a couple force and a downward force to the deck. There is a great advantage that there is no danger and the workability is greatly improved.
