Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate danger totally and improve the work efficiency drastically by a method wherein pulling members are attached to pulling member attaching parts, and pulling member take out holes, which correspond with the attaching parts, are provided, and deck posts are made to fall by adding a rotational force to the deck by pulling the pulling members, and thus a floating roof is made to fall. CONSTITUTION:When pulling members 7 are pulled at the same time by two tractors 10, a rotational force, i.e., couple, is added to a deck 4. At the same time, since pulling member take out holes 8 are arranged at a position which is lower than the deck 4, a force in a downward direction is simultaneously added to the deck 4. By these forces, a deck post 2 falls, and accompanying this motion, the deck 4 and annular supporting members 3 descend. Therefore, the tear down of these can be performed on the floor surface of a tank without any type of danger. For pulling member attaching parts 6, a pair of attaching parts with a wire passing through hole can be simply welded to the deck 4. Also, on a tank main body 5, wire take out holes 8, which correspond with the number of the pulling member attaching parts 6, are simply provided. Therefore, there is no work accompanied by danger.

(Prior art and problems) As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the floating roof in a floating roof type tank mainly consists of a deck boss +, a ring-shaped support member supported by a deck post, a deck, etc. A typical method for dismantling this is to cut each of the above members by gas melting as appropriate. According to this fusing method, as the fusing progresses, there is a risk of the floating roof becoming unstable and collapsing, and there are also safety issues such as the fusing worker falling off the floating roof, and it takes a lot of time for the demolition work. There was a problem in that it required a lot of effort. The present invention is intended to solve such problems, and the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings (Structure and operation of the invention). post,
Reference numeral 2 denotes a floating roof consisting of a ring-shaped support member 3, a deck 4, etc., and this floating roof 1 is installed inside the tank body 5. Thus, when crude oil, naphtha, etc., for example, is introduced into the tank body 5, the floating roof 2 is configured to move up and down depending on the amount introduced.

In this configuration, at least two traction member attachment portions 6 are provided on the edge side of the deck 4. The traction member attachment portion 6 has, for example, a traction member through hole 11, and is configured to be attached to the deck 4 by welding. The traction member attachment parts 6 are used to attach the traction members 7, and the tank body 5 is provided with traction member extraction holes 8 corresponding to the number of the attachment parts 6. The deck post 2 is tilted by towing the separation member 7 and applying rotational force to the deck 4. In this case, a pulley 9 is attached to the traction member extraction hole 8, and the traction member 7 is pulled by wrapping the traction member around the pulley 9.

In the embodiment diagram, the traction member attachment portions 6 are attached as a pair, and the corresponding traction member extraction holes 8 are provided in the lower part of the tank body 5, but the traction member attachment portions 6 and its extraction hole 8 may be each -, and
Although the extraction hole 8 does not necessarily have to be located at the lower part of the tank body 5, and the pulley 9 is also not an essential component, the operation will be explained below according to the drawings of the embodiment.

(Function) When the separating member 7, for example, the wire 7, is pulled simultaneously by two pulling members 10, a rotational force in the direction of the arrow in the figure, that is, a couple force acts on the deck 4, and the position lower than the deck 4 is There is a hole 8 for taking out the separated parts, so it is easy to remove the parts.
At the same time, a downward force is applied to the deck 4, and due to these forces, the deck post 2 falls down as shown in the figure, and the deck 4 and the ring-shaped support member 3 descend together with it. Therefore, their dismantling can be carried out on the tank floor without any danger. When pulling the traction member 7, it is pulled via the pulley 9, so even if the traction member attachment portion 6 moves as a couple is applied, the wire can be pulled smoothly without changing the wire traction direction. Can be done. Further, the traction member attachment portion 6 only needs to be welded to the deck 4 in at least one pair having wire through holes 11, and the tank body 5 is provided with a wire extraction hole 8 in the traction member attachment portion 6. Provided according to the number of Since it is bamboo, there is no dangerous work involved.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is a method for knocking down a floating roof by applying a rotational force, that is, a couple force and a downward force to the deck, so it is completely different from the conventional method of fusing and demolition. It has the great advantage of being risk-free and greatly improving work efficiency.
