Description

The present invention relates to a floating roof dismantling construction method for a floating roof storage tank that performs dismantling work such as restoration and replacement of the floating roof of the floating roof storage tank.

Floating roof storage tanks are used when the floating roof is corroded or damaged, or is deformed, or in order to improve seismic resistance and durability, with the floating roof held at a predetermined height above the bottom plate. Demolition work such as roof restoration and replacement.
For example, when remodeling a floating roof with a single deck structure to a floating roof with a double deck structure, or repairing or replacing a floating roof provided inside a storage tank with an internal floating lid, that is, a storage tank with a dome roof or a cone roof roof, There are cases where modifications are made.

FIG. 8 shows a floating roof type storage tank having a general single deck structure.
A large floating roof storage tank 1 for storing crude oil and other volatile and flammable liquids floats on the bottom of a circular flat plate 2, a cylindrical side plate 3, and a storage liquid 4 inside the side plate 3. It is formed from a single plate, that is, a floating roof 5 having a single deck structure.
The floating roof 5 is formed so as to suppress evaporation of the storage liquid 4 and prevent the rainwater or foreign matter from being mixed into the storage liquid 4. The floating roof 5 includes a single thin steel plate deck plate 6, The deck plate 6 is formed from an outer peripheral pontoon 7 of an annular box around the outer periphery.
In the gap between the outer peripheral pontoon 7 and the inner surface of the side plate 3, a sealing device 8 for maintaining airtightness and a rain screen 9 are provided on the upper portion thereof. A roof drain 10 that collects rainwater falling on the floating roof 5 at the center of the deck plate 6 and drains it to the outside of the storage tank, and an additional member such as a base heater 11 as necessary.

Conventionally, when replacing or repairing a floating roof part or the whole, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the floating roof 5 having a single deck structure is lowered to a predetermined height position above the bottom plate 2, and the deck is It is supported by a support 12 and a temporary mount 13, and the deck plate 6 and the outer peripheral pontoon 7 are cut on the mount 13.

FIG. 9 is an overall explanatory view showing a case of lifting a cut piece of the floating roof 5 using the crane 14 and carrying it out in the case of the floating roof dismantling construction work of the conventional example.
In the case of the floating roof type storage tank 1 that is open at the top, as shown in FIG. 9, a cut piece of the floating roof 5 that is disassembled by installing a crane 14 outside the storage tank is lifted and carried out beyond the side plate 3 to the outside of the storage tank. It has been removed.

FIG. 10 is an overall explanatory diagram showing a case where a cut piece of the cut floating roof 5 is carried out from the side manhole 15 of the storage tank to the outside of the storage tank in another example of the conventional floating roof dismantling construction work.
In the case where there is a roof above (not shown) or the case shown in FIG. 10 where a crane is not used, each cut piece cut with the floating roof 5 supported at a predetermined height is lowered onto the bottom plate 2. It is carried out from the side manhole 15 outside the storage tank.

In Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-40970, “Floating Roof Assembly Method for Floating Roof Storage Tank”, after the floating roof is assembled on the bottom plate, a guide post with a wire guide roller attached to the upper end is arranged to penetrate the floating roof. This is an assembly method for lifting the floating roof to a predetermined height position.

Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2006-335386, “Roof dismantling method for floating roof type tank”, with the entire roof kept floating with water, the roof support is cut short and replaced, the water is extracted, and the bottom plate is landed Then, the roof is cut and removed with water remaining.

The conventional "Floating roof remodeling method" disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-127084 is a method of dismantling an existing floating roof and remodeling it to a new single deck structure floating roof, and descending to a predetermined height position on the bottom plate After constructing a new floating roof on the existing floating roof deck board, the existing floating roof deck board in the lower part is disassembled and transferred and removed.

Conventional Patent No. 3516215 “Construction Method of Double-shell Storage Tank Bottom Plate and its Lifting Device” provides a through-hole in the bottom plate of the inner tank, penetrates the post, and lifts the bottom plate by the lifting device provided in this post. It is a construction method to do.

In the conventional floating roof dismantling construction method shown in FIG. 9, the crane 14 is used to carry out the cut pieces. In addition to the deck support 12, many temporary mounts 13 are required, and the disassembled weight member is lifted. The work of crossing high side plates was also difficult.

In addition, in the conventional floating roof dismantling construction method shown in FIG. 10, the dismantling work is performed with the floating roof held at a predetermined height on the bottom plate, and the cut piece is carried out using the manhole 15 of the storage tank. Since the deck support 12 and the temporary mount 13 are used to perform the cutting work while holding the floating roof 5 at a position higher than the height, there is a case where the work becomes a high place and there is a risk of falling. Moreover, the operation | work which drops the cut | disconnected weight member on the baseplate 2 was also difficult.

Although it is a method of lifting the floating roof to a predetermined height position, it was a construction method and could not be applied to dismantling.

Conventional Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2006-335386 “Roof Dismantling Method for Floating Roof Type Tank” floats the entire roof with water, cuts the roof support short, draws out water, lays on the bottom plate, and leaves the water It is a method of cutting and removing the roof in the state, but it requires a large amount of water and its wastewater treatment is difficult. Also, this method could not cut and remove the attached member at the lower part of the roof.

Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2008-127084 “Floating Roof Remodeling Method” is a method of dismantling and remodeling an existing floating roof to a new single deck structure floating roof or a double deck structure floating roof. There is no specific disclosure of a construction method for lowering the roof deck board to a predetermined height position on the bottom board.

Conventional Patent No. 3516215 “Construction Method of Double-shell Storage Tank Bottom Plate and its Lifting Device” provides a through-hole in the bottom plate of the inner tank, penetrates the post, and lifts the bottom plate by the lifting device provided in this post. However, it was not applicable to the dismantling of floating roofs.

The object of the present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art as described above.
In consideration of safety, workability, cost, work period, reduction of temporary equipment, and workability, the floating roof can be dismantled and removed with good workability in a safe work at a low position near the bottom plate. The dismantling construction method is provided.

In the floating roof dismantling construction method according to claim 1, the floating roof 5 is fixedly supported by penetrating the deck support 12 from the bottom plate 2 of the floating roof storage tank 1 to a predetermined height position , for example, a high deck position set to the highest position. The auxiliary members such as the roof drain 10 and the base heater 11 provided at the lower part of the floating roof 5 are cut, and the auxiliary members such as the outer peripheral pontoon 7, the sealing member 8, and the rain shield 9 provided at the upper part of the floating roof 5. The cut piece that has been cut into pieces and further reduced in weight is removed from the manhole 15 provided in the floating roof storage tank 1 to the outside of the storage tank , and then the lowering device 16 provided near the upper end of the deck support 12 is operated. the entire deck plate 6 of the floating roof 5 is moved down along the deck support 12 together, after being lowered to stop 17 provided in the vicinity of the lower end of the deck support 12, the floating roof 5 deck plate 6 Cutting dismantled, characterized in that it removed from the manhole 15 to reservoir outside.

The floating roof dismantling construction method according to claim 2 is a method of disassembling and removing the attachment members provided at the lower and upper parts of the floating roof 5 according to claim 1 and then making the deck plate 6 of the floating roof 5 into a plurality of areas. segment only, and then the drop device 16 provided near the upper end of the deck support 12 is actuated for each category only units of the deck plate 6 of the floating roof 5 along the deck support 12 is lowered to the deck plate 6, deck The deck plate 6 of the floating roof 5 is cut and disassembled after being lowered to the stopper 17 provided in the vicinity of the lower end of the support 12 .

As shown in the figure, the deck support 12 is used to fix the floating roof 5 to a predetermined height position, for example, the position of the high deck set at the highest position, and as shown in A, the outer peripheral pontoon 7 provided on the deck board 6; Cut the attached members such as the seal member 8 and the rain shield plate 9 and cut the attached members such as the roof drain 10 and the base heater 11 provided below the deck plate 6 as shown in B, and further cut to reduce the weight. The cut piece is removed from the manhole 15 to the outside of the storage tank.
Although not shown, in the case of a storage tank with an internal floating lid, there may be no attached member at the lower part of the floating roof such as a roof drain.

In this case, the outer peripheral pontoon 7, the seal member 8, and the rain shield 9 shown in A are cut so as not to be fine and heavy on the deck plate 6, so that they can be lowered by a safe operation without fear of dropping. Further, the roof drain 10 and the base heater 11 shown in B are cut in a high deck state in which the ceiling under the deck plate 6 is high, so that workability is good, and unloading from the manhole 15 can be performed safely and with good workability.
In addition, when the floating roof 5 is small, or when the weight of the attached members such as the outer peripheral pontoon 7 is small, the attached member at the upper part of the floating roof shown in the above A is dropped without being cut and disassembled. You may do it.
Further, when there is no attached member at the lower part of the floating roof such as the roof drain 10 in a storage tank with an internal floating lid or the like, the attached member at the lower part of the floating roof shown in the above B is not dismantled and is lowered as it is.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view showing a situation where the floating roof 5 is dismantled. FIG. 2 is an explanatory plan view showing a situation where the floating roof 5 is divided into a plurality of areas after the upper and lower attachment members of the floating roof 5 are dismantled and removed as shown in FIG. It is.
The deck plates 6 of the floating roof 5 that are supported on average by a plurality of deck supports 12 may be lowered together as shown in FIG. 4, for example, as indicated by a to d in FIG. It may be divided into a plurality of areas, and may be lowered for each section as shown in FIG.

When the floating roof 5 is small, the whole is lowered together. However, when the floating roof 5 is large and has a large area, the floating roof 5 is divided into a plurality of areas so that the descent can be smoothly performed, and cutting and demolition work is performed in parallel. As a result, efficiency can be improved.

FIG. 3 is an overall explanatory view showing the state of the floating roof dismantling construction method according to the present invention. A descent device 16 is attached to a position near the upper end of the deck support 12, and a stopper 17 is provided near the lower end.
The descent device 16 employs a simple load-supporting suspension device such as a chain block or chill hole (trademark).

FIG. 4 is an example of the floating roof dismantling construction method according to the present invention, and is an overall explanatory view showing a situation where the entire floating roof is lowered together with the deck support 12.
Lowering the entire deck board 6 of the floating roof 5 on the average along the deck support 12 using the lowering device 16, fixing the deck board 6 with the stopper 17 in the vicinity of the bottom board 2, and the position where the height is low Cutting and dismantling with safe work.

FIG. 5 is an overall explanatory view showing a situation where the floating roof section is lowered along the deck support in another example of the floating roof dismantling construction method according to the present invention.
A descent device 16 and a stopper 17 are provided in the vicinity of the top and bottom of the deck support 12, and the descent is performed by dividing into a plurality of areas as shown in FIGS.

As described above, when the floating roof 5 is large and has a large area, the floating roof 5 can be smoothly lowered by dividing the floating roof 5 into a plurality of areas, and the cutting and disassembling work can be performed in parallel at a plurality of locations. It is done.

FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing an example in which a lowering device 16 and a stopper 17 are provided in the vicinity of the upper and lower sides of the deck support used in the floating roof dismantling construction method according to the present invention.
The sleeve 18 is cylindrical and penetrates the deck plate 6 and is fixed by a bracket 19A at the top of the deck plate 6. The deck support 12 penetrates through the sleeve 18 and lands on the base plate 20 on the bottom plate 2. The lowering device 16 is attached between the grip portion at the upper end of the deck support 12 and the bracket 19A of the sleeve 18, and the stopper 17 is fixed to the position near the lower end of the deck support 12 by welding or the like.
Since the descent device 16 supports the mounting load on the deck supports 12 arranged in a plurality of averages, a simple suspension device such as a chain block or a chill hole (trademark) can be used.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing another example in which the lowering device 16 and the stopper 17 are provided in the vicinity of the upper and lower sides of the deck support used in the floating roof dismantling construction method according to the present invention.
The sleeve 18 is cylindrical and penetrates the deck plate 6 and is fixed by a bracket 19B below the deck plate 6. The deck support 12 penetrates through the sleeve 18 and lands on the base plate 20 on the bottom plate 2. The lowering devices 16A and 16A are attached between the grip portion at the upper end of the deck support 12 and the fixing members 21A and 21A on the deck plate 6, and the stoppers 17A and 17A are provided near the lower end of the deck support 12.
In this way, the lower ends of the lowering devices 16A and 16A can be attached to the fixing members 21A and 21A and hung on the average to stabilize the load burden.
Further, the stoppers 17A, 17A are formed in a pedestal shape having a low height, and are arranged radially around the deck support 12, for example, to support an average load. Since these stoppers 17A and 17A can be made and installed in advance without being directly welded and fixed to the deck support 12, the work at the site can be reduced and the site process can be shortened.

As described above, the floating roof 5 is fixedly supported at a predetermined position by the deck support 12, and the outer peripheral pontoon 7 and the seal member 8 at the upper part of the floating roof are cut on the deck plate 6, and the roof drain 10 at the lower part of the floating roof, etc. Since the attachment members are cut, the cutting work on the upper and lower sides of the floating roof can be performed safely and efficiently.
Next, since the floating roof 5 is lowered along the deck support 12 and the floating roof 5 is fixed by the stopper 17, the stability of the lowering and fixing is good.
Since the deck plate 6 of the lowered floating roof 5 is cut and removed at a low position near the bottom plate, the cutting work at a height higher than the height is eliminated, so that safety is ensured.
Thus, since the deck board 6 of the floating roof 5 is cut, disassembled and carried out at a low position near the bottom board, workability and workability are improved.
In addition, by using the deck support 12 and the lowering device 16, since a large temporary mount is not required, temporary equipment can be reduced, and the cost and work period are shortened.
