Description

The present invention relates to a side plate replacement repair method in which when a peripheral wall of a cylindrical storage tank, that is, a side plate is damaged by corrosion or the like, the portion is cut and removed and a new side plate is attached and repaired.

Large storage tanks with cylindrical steel side plate peripheral walls, after a long time after construction, especially because the side plates are thin and subject to strong roof loads and wind and rain, they are severely damaged by corrosion, There is a need to replace and repair.

Replacement of the side plate of the conventional cylindrical storage tank is omitted, but first, a high total scaffolding from the ground to the roof is temporarily installed on the entire outer periphery of the peripheral wall of the side wall of the cylindrical storage tank.
On this scaffold, an operator cuts the side plate peripheral wall by gas cutting or the like to block it, descends the blocked side plate peripheral wall with a heavy machine such as a hanging device or a crane, and disassembles the new side plate to the crane or the like. It is lifted and installed by heavy equipment.

Moreover, as a procedure for replacing the side plate of the cylindrical storage tank without using the total scaffold as described above, as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4c, (a) a bracket along the circumferential direction using a hanging gondola device Install the scaffold, (b) install the reinforcing ring and vertical stay using this bracket scaffold, cut and take out the replacement side plate, install the new side plate, perform welding and inspection, (c) Finally A hanging gondola is used to repair and inspect the jig trace on the bottom bracket scaffold.
4a to 4c, 21 is a storage tank body, 22 is a roof plate, 23 is a side plate, and 24 is a top angle of a corner portion.
A gondola 25 is installed using the top angle 24 or a new rail as a guide, and the upper bracket scaffold 26 and the lower bracket scaffold 27 are attached using the gondola 25. Reference numeral 29 denotes a side plate to be replaced.
As shown in FIG. 4b, 30 is a new side plate and 31 is a crane.
As shown in FIG. 4c, the gondola 25 is used to remove the lower bracket scaffold 27 and repair and inspect the jig trace.

In the operation shown in FIG. 4b, as shown in FIG. 5, after the side plate 29 to be replaced with the upper bracket scaffold 26a is cut and removed, a new side plate 30 with the upper bracket scaffold 26b is removed by the crane 31. Carry in.

As a prior art technique for replacing the side plate of the cylindrical storage tank, there is a “tank side plate replacement method” disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-270226.
The technology of the present invention is a side plate replacement method in the case where a damaged part of a tank side plate is updated in a place where a crane vehicle cannot be used. After fixing to the threading member with hose shoe, the side plate is replaced and updated sequentially from the lower stage using a side plate lifting jig provided on the roof.

Further, a conventional technique that enables the side plate of the cylindrical storage tank to be dismantled and repaired with good workability is disclosed in, for example, "Storage tank dismantling method" in JP-A-10-131520.
This invention cuts and separates the wind girder of the storage tank to be dismantled from the side plate without requiring heavy machinery such as a total scaffold or a crane, and effectively uses it as a work platform for dismantling, moving downward and moving downward from above. It was formed to be dismantled toward

Furthermore, a conventional technique that enables the side plate of the cylindrical storage tank to be dismantled and repaired with high work efficiency is disclosed in, for example, “Cylindrical Tank Disassembly Method and Gondola Device” of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-153000.
The present invention suspends a gondola device so as to be able to run on the upper side edge of the side plate of the storage tank to be disassembled without requiring heavy machinery such as a total scaffold and a crane, and provides a working scaffold and a suspension device on this gondola device, It is formed so as to be continuously disassembled along a spiral shape from above to below.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-153000

Replacement of the side plates of conventional cylindrical storage tanks requires temporary scaffolding over the entire circumference of the storage tank, cutting and removing the side plate peripheral walls, and dismantling, so a complex scaffold with a large number of members is required. It is necessary, the assembly work of temporary scaffolding and dismantling / removal work of the total scaffold is complicated, it takes time, and the work efficiency is reduced, and the work of dismantling the peripheral wall of the storage tank and the work of dismantling and removing the scaffolding are performed in parallel. However, considerable consideration was required. In general, even in the case of partial replacement of the upper side plate, a large total scaffold was used.

In addition, the side plate replacement of the conventional cylindrical storage tank shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 requires that a bracket scaffold with a large number of members be attached around the side wall of the storage tank, and installation of a mounting jig for this bracket scaffold The work and dismantling and removal work was complicated and time consuming, and the work efficiency had to be reduced.
In addition, a lot of jig marks were generated, and a lifting gondola was required for the repair work.
And it took a great deal of labor to repair the jig trace so that no defect remained, and the inspection of that portion was necessary.

In the “tank side plate replacement method” disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-270226, it is necessary to provide a disassembly jig inside the storage tank, and the disassembly work cannot be performed outside the storage tank.

In addition, the “disassembly method of storage tank” disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-131520 cannot be applied to a storage tank without a storage window guard.

In addition, “Cylindrical storage tank dismantling method and gondola device” disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-153000 discloses that the top angle and the like are continuously attached to the traveling rail in order to suspend the gondola device on the upper edge of the side plate of the storage tank so as to be able to run on its own. Therefore, it took time and labor to hold the traveling rail and to install and manage the gondola device, and it was not suitable for partial replacement of the side plate.

The object of the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and it is possible to replace the side plate in a predetermined range with good work efficiency by using a suspension scaffold device having a simple and detachable structure. After the worker is placed on the scaffolding devices 7A and 7B inside and outside the storage tank and cuts the outer peripheral edge of the replacement side plate 6, the replacement side plate 6 is lifted outward by the crane 14.
At this time, the scaffold device 7A located outside the storage tank is temporarily shifted so as not to hinder the carry-out and carry-in, and the scaffold device 7B located inside the storage tank is carried out as it is, carried out, loaded, positioned, etc. Used for work.
Pull out the replacement side plate 6 upward and outward with the crane 14, insert a new side plate, perform positioning attachment using the scaffold device 7B inside the storage tank, and then return the scaffold device 7A outside the storage tank to its original position for welding and Perform inspection work.

A procedure for replacing and repairing the side plate 6 of the cylindrical storage tank will be described with reference to FIGS. 3a to 3c.
As shown in FIG. 3 a, a plurality of roof outer peripheral openings 5 are provided at predetermined positions, which are located above the side plate 6 to be replaced and repaired in the storage tank body 1, and are separated by cutting the roof plate 2 near the outer peripheral portion.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3 b, the scaffold device 7 is suspended on the top angle 4 of the roof outer peripheral opening 5. A scaffold plate is passed between the suspended and adjacent scaffold devices 7, and a handrail is attached to form a necessary range of scaffold area. Although not shown, the outer surface of the scaffold area is covered with a flameproof sheet, and the upper surface of the scaffold plate is protected with a flameproof member.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3c, a vertical stay for reinforcing and positioning is installed in a predetermined range of the side plate 6 to be replaced on the scaffold device 7, and the predetermined first side plate 6 is gas-cut.
And the side board 6 is taken out using the crane 14, and the 1st new side board 15 is inserted in this taking-out part.

Next, although not shown, if necessary, the adjacent second side plate is cut and taken out, and the second new side plate is inserted into the take-out portion and assembled.
As described above, after the plurality of side plates are sequentially replaced using the scaffold device, the welding and the welded portion are inspected. Next, repair and inspection of the jig trace from which the vertical stay has been removed are performed, and replacement repair is continuously performed along the circumferential direction.
Similarly, replacement and repair of the lower side plate is performed by connecting and extending the scaffold device downward.

As described above, the scaffolding device 7 having a suspended structure with a frame suspends directly to the top angle portion where the roof plate on the outer periphery of the roof is opened when there is a roof, or directly to the top angle when there is no roof. Since it is a detachable structure, it is possible to carry out replacement repair of adjacent side plates sequentially while assembling and installing and dismantling and removing as appropriate.

The side plate replacement repair method for a cylindrical storage tank according to the present invention is simple and safe when using a detachable structure scaffolding device when replacing or repairing part or all of a side plate or a side wall of a storage tank or a building.
