一本置きに切欠いてジャッキを固定すると共に、一旦側
板と縦通し部材との固定をゆるめた後ジャッキアップし
て補強リングより上部の側板と屋根を約20mm程度持ち
揚げ、最上段の側板取替完了後ジャッキダウンして肌合
せを行つた後溶接するようにしたこと。又タンク本体の
屋根上側周縁に設けた手摺に、ウインチを吊設した取付
治具を移動可能に固定すると共に、当該取付治具を屋根
の中心に設けたオープンベントノズルにワイヤーロープ

bの上側周縁に設けた手摺6に、三角形の脚7aを有す
る側板吊揚げ治具7をワイヤー又はバンド8で移動可能
に2台設置し、各々の側板吊揚げ治具7の後端を、屋根
1bの中心に設けたオープンベントノズル1cにワイヤ
ーロープ9で係止して倒れを防止し、側板吊揚げ治具7
の先端にウインチ10を吊設する。そして更新部分最下
段の既設側板1aより順次撤去しながら新設側板1aに
取替えて溶接する。尚前記既設側板1aの撤去に際し、
新設側板1aの巾より20mm程度巾広く切断して新設
側板1aの組込みを容易にする。しかる後2段目、3段
目と前記同様に順次新設側板1aに取替えていき最終段
の側板1a(図示の実施例は6段目)の上部、即ち7段
目の既設側板1aに固着した補強リング2の下側に図面
寸法に基ずく切断罫書き線11を水平にマーキングし、
自動切断機で全周にわたつて水平に切断する。その後前
記縦通し部材3の下端を一本置きに切欠いてその切欠部

更新部分より順次撤去しながら新設側板に取替えて溶接
し、最上段の側板更新部分より若干上部を全周に亘って
水平に切断し、しかる後前記縦通し部材の下端を一本置
きに切欠いてジャッキを固定すると共に、一旦側板と縦
通し部材との固定をゆるめた後ジャッキアップして補強
リングより上部の側板と屋根を約20mm程度持ち揚げ、
最上段の側板取替完了後ジャッキダウンして肌合せを行
つた後溶接するようにしたことを特徴とするタンク側板
