【実施例】本発明のコンクリート製品の着色工法を図面
の実施例に基づいて説明する。まず、図2(A)に示す
ように通常の流し込み方式により、製品型枠1内に防音
壁用コンクリート2を打設した(形状及び寸法は図3に
示す)。次に、図2(B)に示すように打設されたコン
クリート2の表面に着色材用の仕切り型枠3を固定し
た。カラーセラミック骨材(日本セラウェイ開発株式会
社製,『ダオラレック』)100重量部と、エポキシ接
着剤(日本セラウェイ開発株式会社製,『エポセラEL
−白』)7重量部とを混練して着色材4を調製した。仕
切り型枠3内に混練した着色材4を均一且つコンクリー
ト表面が見えない程度に散布し、これを金ゴテで均一に
タッピング圧着し、平坦に仕上げた。尚、着色部分は9
95mm×220mmで、厚さ3〜7mmであった。そ
の後、断熱材5(鐘淵化学工業株式会社製『カネライト
フォーム(B類保温板1種)』)により上記した着色部
分を覆い、蒸気養生を行った。尚、蒸気養生の条件は図
4に示す通りであり、最高温度40〜60℃、持続時間
2〜4時間で行った。最後に図2(C)に示すように仕
切り型枠3と製品型枠1を脱型して製品6を得た。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明の着色工法
は通常のコンクリート製品の製造工程における打設と養
生との間に着色材の圧着を行う工程を追加し、養生にお
いて着色部分を断熱材で覆うものであり、時間的には通
常のコンクリート製品の製造工程と全く変わらないの
で、従来の方法に比べて極めて短時間に製品を得ること
ができる。また、その具体的な作業は、着色材の混練及
び散布、圧着、断熱材の布設であり、特に面倒な作業を
含むものではない。しかも、繊維補強コンクリートを打
設した場合にも、硬化前に着色材を散布、圧着するの
で、表面に突出した繊維も容易に傾倒して作業を面倒に
することはない。さらに、蒸気養生時に断熱材を使用し
ているため、水分や温度変化による硬化時のエポキシ樹
脂の変色がない。
