【実施例】本発明のコンクリート製品の着色工法を図面
の実施例に基づいて説明する。予め、以下のようにして
ポーラスセラミック板を成型した。カラーセラミック骨
材(日本セラウェイ開発株式会社製,『ダオラレッ
ク』)100重量部と、エポキシ接着剤(日本セラウェ
イ開発株式会社製,『エポセラEL−白』)7重量部と
を混練し、これをポーラスセラミック板用型枠(図示せ
ず)に打設して995mm×220mm、厚さ10〜1
5mmのポーラスセラミック板3を成型した。まず、図
2(A)に示すように通常の流し込み方式により、製品
型枠1内に防音壁用コンクリート2を打設した(形状及
び寸法は図3に示す)。次に、前記したポーラスセラミ
ック板3をコンクリート2の表面に圧着した。その後、
蒸気養生を行った。尚、蒸気養生の条件は図4に示す通
りであり、最高温度40〜60℃、持続時間2〜4時間
で行った。最後に図2(C)に示すように製品型枠1を
脱型して製品4を得た。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明の着色工法
は通常のコンクリート製品の製造工程における打設と養
生との間に予め成型したポーラスセラミック板の圧着を
行う工程を追加するものであり、時間的には通常のコン
クリート製品の製造工程と全く変わらないので、従来の
方法に比べて極めて短時間に製品を得ることができる。
また、その具体的な作業は型枠の作成、エポキシ樹脂と
カラーセラミック骨材との混練及び打設、乾燥、脱型で
あり、特に面倒な作業を含むものではない。しかも、繊
維補強コンクリートを打設した場合にも、硬化前にポー
ラスセラミック板を圧着するので、表面に突出した繊維
も容易に傾倒して作業を面倒にすることはない。

ーラスセラミック板の成型において行うものであるた
め、模様のバリエーションも多く、例えば三次元的に着
色模様を形成することもできる。
