Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.符号分割多重アクセス通信システムにおいて第1基地局から複数の移動局に 制御およびユーザ・トラヒックデータを送信する方法であって、制御情報に特有 な拡散スペクトル符号を用いて制御情報を符号化して発呼チャンネル信号を形成 し、 各トラヒック信号に特有の拡散スペクトル符号を用いて各ユーザトラヒック信号 を符号化し、 所定の重み係数を用いて前記発呼チャンネル信号と前記符号化したトラヒック信 号とを加えて合成信号を得、 前記合成信号で無線周波数搬送波を変調し、前記無線周波数信号を前記複数の前 記移動局に送信し、前記無線周波数信号を少なくとも一つの前記移動局で受信し 、前記受信信号を前記移動局で処理して前記制御情報を抽出し、ただし前記制御 情報は前記移動局が呼ばれているかどうかを決定するために前記移動局が用いる ものであり、 前記無線周波数信号を前記移動局で処理して前記移動局向けのトラヒック情報を 抽出する、 段階を含む方法。 2.前記拡散スペクトル符号化は、スクランブルしたウォルシューアダマール符 号語を用いた直交ブロック符号化である、請求項1記載の制御およびユーザデー タを送信する方法。 3.前記符号化制御信号は前記合成信号の中で最大の信号である、請求項1記載 の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 4.前記合成信号内の信号の特定の相対位相は、信号強度順に並べると一つおき に90度になる、請求項1記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 5.前記変調は方形位相シフトキーイングによる、請求項1記載の制御およびユ ーザデータを送信する方法。 6.前記変調はオフセット方形位相シフトキーイングによる、請求項1記載の制 御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 7.前記変調は方形振幅変調による、請求項1記載の制御およびユーザデータを 送信する方法。 8.前記変調はオフセット方形振幅変調による、請求項1記載の制御およびユー ザデータを送信する方法。 9.前記移動局内での前記処理は高速ウォルシュ変換計算機を用いて行う、請求 項1記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 10.前記移動局内での前記処理は、トラヒック情報の復号化の前に復号した制 御信号を引くことを含む、請求項1記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方 法。 11.前記制御情報は周囲の基地局に関する情報を含む、請求項1記載の制御お よびユーザデータを送信する方法。 12.前記制御情報は移動局の特定の集団の情報を所定の時だけ運ぶ、請求項1 記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 13.前記所定の時は前記各移動局の移動体識別番号による、請求項12記載の 制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 14.前記移動局は、処理を減らして前記所定の時以外は電力を節約する、請求 項12記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 15.前記移動局内での前記処理は非コヒーレントなレーキ受信機を用いる、請 求項1記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 16.前記移動局内での前記処理はコヒーレントなレーキ受信機を用いる、請求 項1記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 17.トラヒック信号の復号中に用いるレーキタップ重みづけのための係数は、 発呼チャンネル復号中に計算した相関から得る、請求項16記載の制御およびユ ーザデータを送信する方法。 18.前記移動局は二つ以上の基地局信号を同じ周波数で受信する、請求項1記 載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 19.前記移動局は二つ以上の基地局の発呼チャンネル信号を処理する、請求項 18記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 20.前記移動局は二つ以上の基地局のトラヒック信号を処理する、請求項18 記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 21.前記移動局は異なる基地局信号を復号することにより決定した相対発呼チ ャンネル信号強度を用いて、通信するのに最良の基地局を確認する、請求項19 記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 22.前記各移動局は、異なる基地局信号を復号することにより決定した信号強 度を、その移動局にトラヒックを送信する基地局に報告する、請求項18記載の 制御およびユーザデータを送信する方法。 23.どの基地局を用いてトラヒックを前記移動局に送信するかを前記信号強度 報告に基づいて決定する、請求項22記載の制御およびユーザデータを送信する 方法。 21.符号分割多重アクセス通信システムにおいて第1基地局から複数の移動局 に制御およびユーザトラヒックデータを送信する装置であって、制御情報に特有 の拡散スペクトル符号を用いて制御情報を符号化して発呼チャンネル信号を形成 する第1符号化手段と、各トラヒック信号に特有の拡散スペクトル符号を用いて 各ユーザトラヒック信号を符号化する第2符号化手段と、 所定の重み係数を用いて前記発呼チャンネル信号と前記符号化したトラヒック信 号とを加えて合成信号を得る加算手段と、前記合成信号で無線周波数搬送波を変 調する変調手段と、前記無線周波数信号を前記複数の前記移動局に送信する送信 手段と、前記無線周波数信号を少なくとも一つの前記移動局で受信する受信手段 と、前記受信信号を前記移動局で処理して前記制御情報を抽出する処理手段と、 ただし前記制御情報は前記移動局が呼ばれているかどうかを決定するために前記 移動局が用いるものであり、 前記無線周波数信号を前記移動局で処理して前記移動局向けのトラヒック情報を 抽出する第2処理手段と、 を備える装置。 25.前記第2処理手段は、トラヒック情報を復号する前に制御信号を抽出する ことを含む、請求項25記載の装置。 26.前記第2処理手段は非コヒーレントなレーキ受信機を用いる、請求項24 記載の装置。 27.前記第2処理手段はコヒーレントなレーキ受信機を用いる、請求項24記 載の装置。 28.トラヒック信号の復号中に用いるレーキタップ重みづけのための係数は、 発呼チャンネル復号中に計算した相関から得る、請求項27記載の装置。
