Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 1.密閉型圧縮機であって、 殻体、 ハウジングを有し、該殻体内に配置されている圧縮機、上記した殻体とハウジン グ間に設けられた複数個の機械的な連結部であって、その各々がハウジングに設 けられた凹溝と該回溝内に位置する、殻体の内向き変形部分を有し、全体として 圧縮機の稼働時に発生する大きな力に耐える保持力を付与する複数個の連結部、 及び 上記圧縮機を駆動するために上記殻体内に配置されているモータ、を備えた密閉 型圧縮機。
- 2.前記ハウジングが前記殻体内で、圧縮機の通常の稼働条件下で発生する力に 耐え得るように圧ばめによって位置保持されており、前記した機械的な連結部が 異常な力に耐えるものに構成されている請求項1の密閉型圧縮機。
- 3.密閉型電動圧縮機であって、 殻体、 外面及び長手軸線をもつハウジングを有し、該殻体内に配置されている圧縮機、 上記した殻体とハウジング間に設けられた少なくとも1個の機械的な連結部であ って、その各々がハウジングに設けられた凹溝と該凹溝内に位置する、殻体の内 向き変形部分を有し、凹溝が上記したハウジングの外面に対しほぼ垂直で上記長 手軸線に対しほぼ平行である面を有し該面と殻体の上記内向き変形部分とによっ てハウジングに対する殻体の相対回転が阻止され、全体として圧縮機の稼働時に 発生する大きな力に耐える保持力を付与する機械的な連結部、及び上記圧縮機を 駆動するために上記殻体内に配置されているモータ、を備えた密閉型電動圧縮機 。
- 4.前記殻体の軸線方向でみて前記モータを、前記ハウジングのい一側に配置し てある請求項3の密閉型電動圧縮機。
- 5.前記した力が軸線方向の力である請求項4の密閉型電動圧縮機。
- 6.前記した力が、前記殻体の長手軸線に関し岡方向の力である請求項4の密閉 型電動圧縮機。
- 7.前記した力が、前記殻体の長手軸線に関し軸線方向の力及び周方向の力であ る請求項4の密閉型電動圧縮機。
- 8.前記圧縮機が回転式圧縮機である請求項3の密閉型電動圧縮機。
- 9.前記圧縮機がスクロール型圧縮機である請求項8の密閉型電動圧縮機。
- 10.前記圧縮機を駆動するための駆動軸を備え、該駆動軸を前記ハウジングに 支承させてある請求項3の密閉型電動圧縮機。
- 11.前記したハウジングの凹溝が円筒状内面を有し、前記した殻体の内向き変 形部分が球面及び円筒状面を有していて、殻体の円筒状面を凹溝の円筒状内面に 対し密接させてある請求項3の密閉型電動圧縮機。
- 12.前記殻体を前記凹溝の端縁に対しはめ合い接触させてある請求項11の密 閉型電動圧縮機。
