Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 1.患者に植め込まれる導線アセンブリにおいて、患者の心臓に電気的刺激を与 えるために、患者の心臓の心室に挿入するために設けられた電極(24)、該電 極(24)の基端に接続され、該電極とその末端との間を電気インパルスが伝達 するように設けられ、前記基端からその末端まで延在する管腔(40)を有する 導線(18)、前記導線の前記基端(26)に設けられた、前記導線を植込器具 に接続するために用いられ得る導線接続手段、前記導線の前記基端に設けられ、 前記電気インパルスを伝達するために電気的接続を行う接触手段(34,36) 、および 前記導線の前記基端から末端へと該導線の前記管腔を貫通して設けられたカテー テル(42)と、前記導線接続手段と係合し、前記接触手段と接触するために前 記カテーテルと電気的に接続するカテーテル接続手段(52)と、 前記カテーテルを植込み可能な治療器具に機械的かつ電気的に取り付けるカテー テル取付手段(56)とからなる取外し可能なカテーテル手段からなることを特 徴とする導線アセンブリ。
- 2.前記導線接続手段が雄プラグ(32)と複数の円周シールリング(30)と からなり、前記カテーテル接続手段がスリーブ(54)と該雄プラグと係合する ように軸方向に配された雌型凹部とからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 3.前記カテーテル取付手段(56)が雄プラグからなることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第2項記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 4.前記導線がさらにその末端に開孔(84)を有することを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 5.前記導線接続手段が雄プラグ(32)と複数の円周シールリング(30)と からなり、前記カテーテル接続手段がスリーブ(54)と該雄プラグと係合する ように軸方向に配された雌型凹部とからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項 記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 6.前記カテーテル取付手段(56)が雄プラグからなることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第5項記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 7.前記導線がさらに前記開孔を覆う浸透性の膜(86)からなることを特徴と する請求の範囲第4項記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 8.前記導線接続手段が雄プラグ(32)と複数の円周シールリング(30)と からなり、前記カテーテル接続手段がスリーブ(54)と該雄プラグと係合する ように軸方向に配された雌型凹部とからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項 記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 9.前記カテーテル取付手段(56)が雄プラグからなることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第8項記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 10.前記導線の前記管腔を貫通して設けられ、前記取外し可能なカテーテル手 段の末端において該取外し可能なカテーテル手段に電気的に接続されたセンサ( 50)をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の導線アセンブリ 。
- 11.前記カテーテルが可撓性のスタイレットからなることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第10項記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 12.前記導線接続手段が雄プラグ(32)と複数の円周シールリング(30) とからなり、前記カテーテル接続手段がスリーブ(54)と該雄プラグと係合す るように軸方向に配された雌型凹部とからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 0項記載の導線アセンブリ。
- 13.前記カテーテル取付手段(56)が雄プラグからなることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第12項記載の導線アセンブリ。
