Description
Claims (6)
- 1.燃焼オイル、潤滑オイル、液圧オイル、又は変圧器用オイルのようなオイル を液体状及び粒子状不純物が懸濁している状態のものから浄化するためのフィル ターの装置であって、前記フィルター(10)を、液体不浸透性の材料の堅いコ ア(11)の周りにロール(12)として巻き付けたフィルターペーパーと、 フィルターユニットを取り囲み、液体流れを高圧側から低圧側にほぼ軸方向に前 記フィルターロール(12)を通って案内するため配置したハウジング(13) とから形成したフィルター装置において、 前記コア(11)に、前記フィルターロール(12)の低圧側に最も近い内側プ ラグ(19)を設け、前記コアに、コア内部とフィルターロール(12)とを連 通する多数の半径方向通路(26)を設け、さらに、前記コア(11)には、前 記コアの内部をフィルターロール(12)の低圧側に流体連通させることができ る少なくとも一個の開閉自在バルブ(25、27)を設けたことを特徴とするフ ィルター装置。
- 2.前記バルブ(25)を、前記フィルター(12)の高圧側の最も近くに配置 した請求項1に記載の装置。
- 3.前記バルブ(25)を、全てのオイルがフィルターロールを軸線方向に通過 する第一作動位置と、前記オイルがフィルターロールに前記通路(26)を介し て半径方向にも流れることができる第二作動位置との間で調整自在にした請求項 2に記載の装置。
- 4.前記通路(26)を、コア(11)に沿ってその長手方向に一定の相互間隔 で分離する請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 5.前記コア(11)の内部を、前記通路間に配置したバルブ(27、28)に よって軸線方向に区分する請求項4に記載の装置。
- 6.前記バルブ(28)をオーバーフローバルブとして形成し、前記コアの内部 をその軸方向に過圧の増加とともに連続的に開口できるようにし通路(26)を 前記フィルターロール(12)に向かってだんだん半径方向に開口するようにし て、所定の過圧で開口するように前記オーバーフローバルブを配置した請求項5 に記載の装置。
