Description
Claims (12)
- 1.容器開口部用のゴム弾性材製シール弁であって、カバー要素(12;22; 32)と該カバー要素上に形成された周囲壁要素(13;23;33)とを備え たシール弁において、前記壁要素の周囲に延びるシールビード(14;14′; 14′′;14′′′;24;34)を特徴とするシール弁。
- 2.前記シール弁はキャップとして形成され、前記シールビードがキャップ壁の 内部に沿って延びる請求の範囲第1項記載のシール弁。
- 3.前記シールビードが少なくとも1つの突起したシール端縁を呈する請求の範 囲第1項又は2項記載のシール弁。
- 4.前記壁要素は円筒形状を有し、前記カバー要素は平板状であり、前記シール ビードは一定した厚さを呈する先行する請求の範囲の1つ以上の項に記載のシー ル弁。
- 5.少なくとも1つの制御溝(25)が前記キャップの内部に設けられ、前記制 御溝は前記キャップの頂部から前記シールビード(24)まで延びる請求の範囲 第2項乃至第4項の1つ以上の項に記載のシール弁。
- 6.3つの対称な制御溝(25,25′,25′′)が互いに120°変位され て設けられている請求の範囲第5項記載のシール弁。
- 7.前記シールビードの厚さは前記壁要素の壁の厚さより小さい、先行する請求 の範囲の1つ以上の項に記載のシール弁。
- 8.前記制御溝(25)又は前記制御溝(25,25′,25′′)の深さは前 記キャップ壁の壁の厚さの略半分の値をとる請求の範囲第5項乃至第7項の1つ 以上の項に記載のシール弁。
- 9.切欠き(41,41′,41′′)が前記キャップの端縁に設けられ、前記 切欠きは前記制御溝(25,25′,25′′)と同一平面をなし、前記切欠き の数は前記制御溝の数と対応し、これにより前記端縁切欠きの深さは、前記シー ルビードの前記突起したシール端縁が前記端縁切欠きによって切断されないよう に選択される請求の範囲第5項乃至第8項の1つ以上の項に記載のシール弁。
- 10.前記端縁切欠きの幅は前記突起したシール端縁に向かいあって位置する切 欠き底面において、略前記制御溝の幅に相当する請求の範囲第9項記載のシール 弁。
- 11.前記端縁切欠きは、前記突起したシール端縁に隣接した位置まで延びる前 記切欠き底面の部分が鋭角の端縁(42,42′,42′′)を形成するように 形成される請求の範囲第9項又は第10項記載のシール弁。
- 12.蓄電池セルのガス抜き開口部用のガス抜き弁であって、請求の範囲第2項 乃至第11項の1つ以上の項に記載のキャップとして形成された前記シール弁が 、蓄電池セルのガス抜きコネクタ上に配置されるガス抜き弁。
