Therefore, instead of sticking carpets, it has been changed to construct a floor by directly sticking a wooden floor material with a foamed polyurethane sheet with a backside thickness of about 2 mm to the concrete floor to construct the floor. Since it is inferior in sound insulation compared to, it had the drawback of impairing habitability.

The sound-insulating wooden flooring material of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a wood board, a foam sheet 2 on the back surface of the wood board 1, and a cotton-like fiber 4 on a base cloth 3.
The cushioning material 5 which is entangled is sequentially attached.

Examples of the wood board 1 include plywood, particle board, hard board, LVL (parallel plywood), etc., and a name wood veneer, a decorative synthetic resin sheet may be attached to the surface of the wood board, or a decorative layer may be formed by painting. May be formed.

As the foamed sheet 2, a foamed sheet made of synthetic resin such as polyurethane resin, polyethylene resin, synthetic rubber or a foamed sheet of natural rubber can be used. Thickness is 1-3 mm
Is preferred, but is not limited thereto.

The base cloth used for the cushioning material 5 in which the cotton-like fibers 4 are entangled in the base cloth 3 is preferably a synthetic resin woven cloth such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and the cotton-like fibers 4 are nylon, polyester, or the like. Synthetic resin fibers such as polypropylene are preferable in terms of waterproofness and durability, but are not limited thereto. The base cloth 3 is not stiff and difficult to handle only with the cotton-like fibers 4, and thus has a function of facilitating the handling at the time of manufacturing, but the cotton-like fibers 4 are serrated when the floor material is cut into an appropriate size at the time of construction of the floor material. It prevents it from getting stuck in a dusty state and scattering. The foamed sheet 2 may be formed by applying a foamed resin composition on the surface of the cushioning material 5 and then foaming it, or the cushioning material 5 may be formed before being attached. The thickness after attaching both is 4-10mm
Is preferred. If the thickness is too thin, the sound insulation effect will be poor, and if the thickness is too thick, there will be an economic problem, but when the house is being rebuilt, the floorboard will be too thick and will be higher than the sill, making it virtually impossible to construct or the floorboard. There is a drawback that the floorboard sinks more when walking on the ground.

A sheet 6 having a sound insulating property, a vibration damping property, or a cushioning property and an intermediate wooden plate 7 may be sandwiched between the wooden plate 1 and the foamed sheet 2. In this case, the thickness of the wooden board 1 and the intermediate wooden board 7 is 2.5.
˜4.0 mm is preferable, but not limited to this.
If the thickness is too thin, the rigidity of the floor board becomes a problem, and if it is too thick, it may cause a problem during transportation and construction, as well as cost.

Examples of the sound insulation or vibration damping sheet to be attached to the back surface of the wooden board 1 include a powdered lead-containing vinyl chloride sheet, an inorganic powder-filled rubber sheet, a vinyl chloride sheet and the like, and a thickness of 0.8 to 2 mm is preferable. The cushioning sheet may be a cushioning sheet such as a natural rubber foam sheet or an olefin foam sheet, and preferably has a thickness of 1 to 2 mm.

Furthermore, if a wood plate 7a having a hole is used as the intermediate wood plate 7, the sound insulation is further improved. The hole diameter of the perforated wood board 7a is preferably 5 to 15 mm, but is not limited to this.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the wooden board which is a combination of the surface wooden board, the sheet having the sound insulating property, the vibration damping property or the sound insulating property and the intermediate wooden board is divided into small pieces and the smaller wooden board is smaller. It has better sound insulation than a large size wooden board that is not broken.
It is considered that this is because it becomes difficult for the sound to propagate in the small parts. The wood board divided into small pieces as described above is subjected to loose tongue processing so that the wood mouth surface can be slightly bent, and the hot surface has flexibility after hardening in the groove on the back surface caused by the tongue joint. The melted resin 8 is poured and bonded, and the foamed sheet 2 is formed on the entire back surface thereof, and the cotton-like fibers 4 are formed on the base cloth 3.
The cushioning material 5 which is entangled with the adhesive is attached.

[Example 1] On the back surface of a decorative plywood having a size of 30 cm x 90 cm and a thickness of 7.5 mm, a polypropylene base cloth was entangled with polyester cotton fibers by a needle punch method, and a thickness of 3 mm on the surface of a cushioning material.
A desired floor material A was manufactured by laminating sheets each having a synthetic rubber foam sheet layer of mm (an independent foam sheet layer is preferable in consideration of waterproofness).

[Example 4] The wood board, the foam sheet, and the perforated wood board used in Example 3 were laminated in this order and then cut to have a thickness of 7.5 mm and a width of 60 m.
An elongated rectangular plate material having a length of m and a length of 900 mm was produced, and five sheets were vertically displaced and joined with male and female groves. The male and female ridges are slightly joined at the joints and are loosely joined so that they easily fit into the irregularities of the base. Melt resin was injected and joined. Then, on the entire back surface, a sheet having a 2 mm thick synthetic rubber foam sheet layer formed on the surface of a cushioning material having a thickness of 3 mm, which is obtained by entwining polyester cotton fibers with a needle punch method on a polypropylene base cloth, is adhered to a desired floor. Material D was obtained.

[Effects of the Invention] The results of measuring the sound insulation properties (lightweight floor impact sound level) of the flooring materials obtained in Examples 1 to 4 and ordinary concrete slabs are as shown in Fig. 5. Not only is it extremely excellent in sound insulation, but it also has the effect of preventing the cotton-like fibers 4 from getting clogged in a saw-tooth or becoming dusty and dissipated when the flooring is cut into an appropriate size. .
