Therefore, instead of sticking carpets, it has been changed to construct wooden floors by directly sticking wooden floors to concrete floors, but wooden floors are inferior in sound insulation to carpets, so they are more comfortable to live in. There was a new problem of damage.

The sheet 2 to be attached to the back surface of the wooden board 1 is a sheet having a sound insulating property, a vibration damping property, or a cushioning property. Examples of the sound insulation or vibration damping sheet include a powdered lead-containing vinyl chloride sheet, an inorganic powder-filled rubber sheet, a vinyl chloride sheet, and the like, and those having a thickness of 0.8 to 2 mm are preferable, but not limited thereto. The cushioning sheet may be a cushioning sheet such as a rubber foam or an olefin foam, and preferably has a thickness of 1 to 2 mm.

Further, plywood, particle board, hard board, LVL or the like can be used as the perforated wood board 3 of the intermediate layer. The thickness is preferably 2.5 to 4.0 mm, and the hole diameter is preferably 5 to 15 mm, but is not limited thereto. Unlike perforated wood boards, such perforated wood boards have the function of reducing the transmission of sounds from the upper floor, such as the sounds of walking with slippers and the sounds of children running, to the lower floor, and the back surface of the wood boards. It is possible to minimize the deterioration of the strength of the wooden board as compared with the grooved wooden board in which the kerf is formed. This is because when the kerf is formed, a continuous void is formed in the entire width direction, and as a result, the strength of the wood board is reduced.

The cushioning body 4 attached to the back surface of the perforated wood board 3 has a cushioning foam inside the voids of a mat-like material in which one kind or several kinds of synthetic resin fiber, natural fiber, metal fiber, etc. are entangled. Is configured. Examples of the material of this mat-like material include synthetic resin fibrous materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon and vinyl chloride, natural fibrous materials such as palm, and metal fibrous materials such as iron and stainless steel.
Further, this mat-like material itself has some dynamic rigidity, and when measured using a non-resonant, forced vibration type dynamic stiffness tester, 100 N / cm 2 It is preferable that the size is cm or less. If it exceeds the above value, it does not contribute much to the sound insulation. In order to have such dynamic rigidity, the fibrous material described above must not be too soft and must have a diameter of a certain value or more. This diameter varies depending on the material, but is generally 0.15 to 3 mm, preferably 0.3 to 2 m
m. If it is thinner than 0.15 mm, the dynamic rigidity is 100 N / cm 2
・ There is a risk of exceeding cm, and if it exceeds 3 mm, the rigidity is too high and the sound insulation effect cannot be expected. It is preferable that the thickness of the mat-like material is 3 to 10 mm at room temperature without load, considering sound insulation and economy, but not limited to this. A foam having a cushioning property is embedded in the voids of the mat-like material as described above. The foam may be completely filled, or may be filled so as to leave some voids. Further, a filling method such as an upper half of the mat-like material (in the drawings, the top of the drawing is referred to as the mat-like material) or a lower half may be used. Examples of the foam to be filled include foams such as urethane, polyethylene, and urea resin, and rubber foams. As a filling method, a method in which a foaming composition is poured into a mat-like material and then foamed by a known method, a method in which foam beads are put in the mat-like material and heated and foamed, and the like are considered. In this way, when the foam with cushioning property is internally provided in the voids of the mat-like material, even if the mat-like material sinks due to its weight when walking on the floor material, the restoring force of the mat-like material itself and the foam The matting material does not sag due to the synergistic restoring force, and the sound insulation can be maintained semipermanently.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, a wooden board which is a combination of a surface wooden board, a sheet having a sound insulating property, a vibration damping property or a sound insulating property and an intermediate wooden board is divided into small pieces and combined. , It has better sound insulation than a large size wood board that does not break into small pieces. It is considered that this is because it becomes difficult for the sound to propagate in the small parts. The wood board divided into small pieces as described above is subjected to loose tongue processing so that the wood mouth surface can be slightly bent, and the hot surface has flexibility after hardening in the groove on the back surface caused by the tongue joint. The melt resin 5 is poured and bonded, and one buffer body 4 is bonded to the entire back surface thereof.

[Example 1] 30 cm x 90 cm size, 2.8 mm thick decorative plywood, 2.0 mm thick rubber foam sheet, 2.7 mm thick, perforated plywood with 10 mm hole diameter,
A desired flooring material was manufactured by pouring a large number of 66-nylon pieces having a length of 3 to 10 cm and a diameter of 1 mm into a mat-like material having a thickness of 5 mm, and pouring the polyurethane resin liquid into the foamed material and sequentially laminating the foamed buffer bodies. .

[Example 2] The wood board, the foam sheet, and the perforated wood board used in Example 1 were laminated in order, and then cut to have a thickness of 6.3 mm and a width of 60 m.
An elongated rectangular plate material having a length of m and a length of 900 mm was produced, and five sheets were vertically displaced and joined with male and female groves. The male and female ridges are slightly joined at the joints and are loosely joined so that they easily fit into the irregularities of the base. Melt resin was injected and joined. Then, a polyethylene foam composition was poured into a mat-like product having a thickness of 5 mm and a diameter of 0.5 mm and made of a large number of polyethylene having a length of 5 to 30 cm and a polyethylene foam composition was poured and a single cushioned body was attached to the mat. The desired floor covering was produced.

[Effects of the Invention] As described in detail above, although the present invention is extremely excellent in sound insulation, the sound insulation performance is deteriorated because the foam having cushioning property is embedded in the void of the mat-like material. It is possible to obtain a difficult wooden floor material.
