[Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a sound insulation wooden floor material suitable for being directly applied to a concrete floor material. [Prior Art] Conventionally, in many cases, the floors of middle- and high-rise houses are made by directly attaching carpets to a concrete floor via felt. However, carpets are easily soiled, and the occurrence of mites has been a problem. Therefore, instead of sticking carpets, it has been changed to construct a floor by directly adhering a wooden floor material with a foamed polyurethane sheet with a thickness of about 2 mm attached to the back surface to the concrete floor, but the wooden floor material is a carpet. Since it is inferior in sound insulation compared to other types, it has the drawback of impairing habitability. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present inventor has solved the above-mentioned problems and is excellent in sound insulation, and the sound insulation does not deteriorate due to the lack of elasticity of the cushioning material during use. The present invention has been completed as a result of daily research for the purpose of providing a wooden floor material. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has a sheet having a sound insulating property, a vibration damping property, or a cushioning property on the back surface of a wooden board, an intermediate wooden board, and a concave portion on the upper surface, and a convex portion on the lower surface corresponding to the concave portion. A sound-insulating wooden flooring material, characterized in that a cushioning material coated with natural rubber or a synthetic resin is sequentially attached to a fiber mat with a concave-convex pattern having parts. The sound-insulating wooden flooring material of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a wood board, and a back surface of the wood board 1 has a sheet 4 having a sound insulating property, a vibration damping property or a cushioning property, an intermediate wood plate 5, and a concave portion 11 on an upper surface.
A cushioning material 2 in which natural rubber or synthetic resin is applied to a fiber mat with an uneven pattern having a convex portion 12 on the lower surface corresponding to the concave portion 11 is sequentially attached. As the wood board 1, plywood, particle board, hard board, LVL (parallel plywood), etc. can be mentioned, and a name wood veneer, a decorative synthetic resin sheet is attached to the surface of the wood board, or a decorative layer is formed by painting. May be formed. Examples of the sound-insulating or vibration-damping sheet to be attached to the back surface of the wooden board 1 include a powder lead-containing vinyl chloride sheet, an inorganic powder-filled rubber sheet, a vinyl chloride sheet, and the like, and a thickness of 0.8 to 2 mm is preferable. The cushioning sheet may be a cushioning sheet such as a natural rubber foam sheet or an olefin foam sheet, and preferably has a thickness of 1 to 2 mm. The thickness of the wooden board 1 and the intermediate wooden board 5 is preferably 2.5 to 4.0 mm, but is not limited thereto. If the thickness is too thin, the rigidity of the floor board becomes a problem, and if it is too thick, it may cause a problem during transportation and construction, as well as cost. Further, as the cushioning material 2, fibers such as polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, nylon fiber are made into a mat shape by, for example, a needle punching method, and a concave portion is formed on the upper surface thereof, and an uneven pattern having a convex portion on the lower surface corresponding to the concave portion. To form natural rubber on the front surface, back surface or both
Do not spray liquid material such as synthetic rubber or adhesive synthetic resin, or apply it with a roll or brush so that the uneven pattern does not disappear easily. In other words, elasticity does not easily disappear during use. Try not to be. In order to maintain this elasticity, it is preferable that the liquid material to be applied has elasticity when cured or dried. The mat may be composed of one kind of fiber, but two or more kinds of fibers (for example, polyester fiber 80%, polypropylene fiber 20
%) May be mixed and used. The thickness is preferably 2 to 10 mm, but is not limited to this. If the thickness is too thin, the sound insulation effect will be poor, and if the thickness is too thick, there will be an economic problem, but when the house is being remodeled, the floorboard will be too thick and will be higher than the sill, making it virtually impossible to construct, or the floorboard There is also the drawback that the floorboard sinks more when walking on the ground. If a perforated wooden board is used as the intermediate wooden board 5, sound insulation is further improved. The hole diameter of the perforated wood board is preferably 5 to 15 mm, but is not limited to this. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, a wooden board which is a combination of a surface wooden board, a sheet having sound insulation, vibration damping or sound insulation, and an intermediate wooden board is divided into smaller pieces and the combination is smaller. It has better sound insulation than a large size wooden board that is not broken.
It is considered that this is because it becomes difficult for the sound to propagate in the small parts. The wood board divided into small pieces as described above is subjected to loose tongue processing so that the wood mouth surface can be slightly bent, and the hot surface has flexibility after hardening in the groove on the back surface caused by the tongue joint. The melt resin is poured and bonded, and the cushioning material 2 is bonded to the entire back surface thereof. [Example 1] 30 cm x 90 cm size, 2.8 mm thick decorative plywood, 2.0 mm thick natural rubber foam sheet, 2.7 mm thick plywood backside, polypropylene base cloth with polyester fiber needle-punched No, a 5 mm thick cushioning material (including the height of the protrusion) made by applying a natural rubber liquid material to a fiber mat with an uneven pattern that has a concave portion on the upper surface and a convex portion on the lower surface corresponding to this concave portion is attached. To produce the desired flooring. [Example 2] 30 cm x 90 cm size, 2.8 mm thick decorative plywood, 2.0 mm thick natural rubber foam sheet, 2.7 mm thick, 10 mm hole diameter plywood on the back side, polypropylene base cloth and polyester fiber 5 mm thick (including the height of the protrusion) by applying a natural rubber liquid material to a fiber mat with an uneven pattern having a concave portion on the upper surface and a convex portion on the lower surface corresponding to this concave portion The desired flooring material was manufactured by laminating the cushioning material of No. 1 above. [Example 3] The decorative plywood, the foamed sheet, and the perforated plywood used in Example 2 were laminated in this order and then cut to obtain a size 6 cm x 90 c.
An elongated rectangular plate having a thickness of 7.5 mm and a thickness of 7.5 mm was manufactured, and the five plates were slightly shifted in the vertical direction and joined by a mechanism, a male and a female, so that the planar shape was stepwise. The male and female ridges are slightly joined at the joints and are loosely joined so that they easily fit into the irregularities of the base. Melt resin was injected and joined. And on the whole back surface, polypropylene fiber is entangled with polyester fiber by a kneading punch method, and a natural rubber liquid material is applied to a fiber mat with an uneven pattern having an uneven portion having convex portions on the lower surface corresponding to the concave portion on the upper surface, thickness 5 mm A cushioning material (including the height of the convex portion) was attached to produce a desired floor material.

Comparative Example 3 A flooring material was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the natural rubber liquid material was not applied to the fiber mat. When the sound insulation properties of the floor materials obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were measured, the floor impact noise level of the floor material of Comparative Example 1 was 125 Hz and 250 Hz at which human ears could easily feel it, compared with Example 1. It was more than 2 dB higher. In addition, the flooring material obtained in Comparative Example 2 is 125 Hz and 250 Hz, and is
It was 2 dB higher. This is probably because the recesses on the upper surface also contribute to the buffering effect. Further, the floor material obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Example 3 was repeatedly subjected to a load of 2 kg / cm 2 at 0.1 Hz for 48 hours, and its sound insulation was measured. Almost the same result as before the repeated loading was obtained, but the floor impact sound level of Comparative Example 3 was 125H.
At z and 250 Hz, it was still 1-2 dB higher and the sound insulation was poor. Further, from the appearance, the floor material of Comparative Example 3 had a slightly bumpy convex portion of the cushioning material, which was considered to have caused a decrease in sound insulation. [Effects of the Invention] As shown in FIG. 4, the results of measuring the sound insulation properties (lightweight floor impact sound level) of the flooring materials and ordinary concrete slab surfaces obtained in Examples 1 to 3 all passed L-50. The flooring material of the present invention is very excellent in sound insulation. Further, the sound insulation after repeated loading of Example 1 hardly changed from that before repeated loading, whereas the sound insulation of Comparative Example 3 is reduced, so that the flooring material of the present invention is It also has excellent sound insulation sustainability.
