The sound-insulating wooden flooring material of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a wooden board, and a nonwoven fabric 2 is attached to the back surface of the wooden board 1. The foam coating layer 3 is formed on the back surface of the nonwoven fabric so that a part of the nonwoven fabric is substantially exposed.

As the non-woven fabric 2, one or more kinds of fibers such as polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, nylon fiber and the like are formed into a mat shape by, for example, a needle punching method, a part of the fibers is melted by heat and the fibers are welded in dots. It is possible to use a mat-shaped product which is formed by combining both of the above methods. If the fiber is too thin, the mat-shaped non-woven fabric may be worn out and the sound insulation performance may be deteriorated. If the fiber is too thick, the cushioning effect may be reduced and the sound insulation performance may be deteriorated.
Optimally, ~ 50 denier, preferably 6-30 denier. The mat has a thickness of 2 to 10 mm, preferably 4 to 6 m.
m is good, but not limited to this.

The foam coating layer 3 in which a part of the nonwoven fabric formed on the back surface of the nonwoven fabric 2 is substantially exposed is made of natural rubber, methyl methacrylate rubber (MGR), nitrile butadiene rubber (NB
R), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and other synthetic rubbers (two or more types may be mixed), if necessary, add a foaming agent and stir to create a foamed state. To form a dent 5 by pressing a part of the convex portion 4 with a concavo-convex roll after slightly heating it, or applying it to the back surface of the non-woven fabric with little or no stirring. After that, it is heated to foam, and a part of the convex portion 4 is pressed by the concave-convex roll to form the depression 5.

The thickness of the convex portion 4 of the foam coating material layer 3 is preferably 2 to 5 mm, but is not limited to this. If the thickness is too thin, the sound insulation performance will not be good, and if the thickness is too thick, there will be an economical problem, but when walking on the floor board, the floor board will sink too much and the feeling of walking will deteriorate. This walking feeling occurs even when the thickness of the nonwoven fabric is too large.

As is clear from the figures and FIG. 3, the non-woven fabric 2 attached to the back surface of the wooden board 1 is applied to the entire surface, but the foam coating layer 3 is not smooth and has vertical stripes. In addition, the protrusions 4 are formed with the recesses 5 at regular intervals.

On the other hand, the concave and convex portions 6 having vertical stripes allow air to easily escape from the thin paint layer. In addition, although the paint layer is formed also in the recessed portion 6 in the example of the embodiment, the paint layer is not necessarily required in the recessed portion 6.

In this way, when a part of the non-woven fabric is substantially exposed, the impact applied to the floor surface is mitigated by the rapid escape of air from the exposed part, and the impact noise to the downstairs is reduced. It is thought that it will also be softened.

As shown in FIG. 4, the wooden board 1 is replaced by a surface wooden board 7a,
You may comprise from the sheet 8 which has a sound insulating property, a vibration damping property, or a buffering property, and the back wooden board 7b. In this case, the thickness of the front wooden board 7a and the back wooden board 7b is preferably 2.5 to 4.0 mm, but is not limited to this. If the thickness is too small, the rigidity of the floorboard becomes a problem. If the thickness is too large, there is a possibility that trouble may occur at the time of transportation and construction, in addition to the price.

Examples of the sound insulation or vibration damping sheet to be attached to the back surface of the front wooden board 7a include a powdered lead-containing vinyl chloride sheet, an inorganic powder-filled rubber sheet, a vinyl chloride sheet and the like, and a thickness of 0.8 to 2 mm is preferable. Further, the cushioning sheet may be a cushioning sheet such as a foamed sheet of natural rubber or synthetic rubber or an olefinic foamed sheet, and preferably has a thickness of 1 to 2 mm.

Furthermore, if a perforated wood board is used as the back wood board 7b, sound insulation is further improved. The perforated wood board has a hole diameter of 5 to 15
mm is preferable but not limited to this. One perforated wood board is effective, but if two perforated wood boards are bonded with their holes shifted, an improvement in the sound insulation effect can be expected.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the wood board which is a combination of a surface wood board, a sheet having sound-insulating, vibration-damping or sound-insulating properties and a back wood board is divided into smaller pieces, Better sound insulation than large size wood board.
It is considered that this is because it becomes difficult for the sound to propagate in the small parts. The wood board 9 that has been divided into small pieces as described above is provided with loose tongue processing so that the wood mouth surface can be slightly bent, and has flexibility after hardening in the groove on the back surface generated by the tongue joint. It is joined by pouring hot melt resin.

[Example 2] 6 mm thick made of 12 denier polyester fiber
After applying the foam coating mainly composed of natural rubber on the entire back surface of the non-woven fabric so as to form a vertical stripe-shaped convex portion (height 4 mm), the uneven roll is heated to a temperature of 50 to 120 degrees. To form a dent in a part of the above convex part, then, this sheet, 30 cm × 90 cm in size, 2.8 mm thick decorative plywood, thickness 2.0
A desired flooring material was manufactured by sticking to a back surface of a perforated plywood sheet having a natural rubber foam sheet of 2.7 mm, a thickness of 2.7 mm and a hole diameter of 10 mm.

[Example 3] The wood board, the foam sheet, and the perforated wood board used in Example 2 were laminated in this order and then cut to have a thickness of 7.5 mm and a width of 6 mm.
We manufacture an elongated rectangular plate with a length of 0 mm and a length of 900 mm.
The plates were slightly shifted in the vertical direction and joined by a mechanism, a male and a female, so that the planar shape was stepwise. The male and female ridges are slightly joined at the joints and are loosely joined so that they easily fit into the irregularities of the base. Melt resin was injected and joined. Then, the sheet used in Example 2 was adhered to the entire back surface to produce a desired floor material.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, since the foam coating material layer is formed so that the non-woven fabric attached to the back surface of the wooden board is partially exposed, the impact applied to the floor surface. However, there is an effect that the air escapes from the exposed part promptly and is mitigated so that the impact sound to the downstairs can be softened. This is because the flooring material obtained in Examples 1 to 3 and the sound insulation properties (lightweight floor impact sound level) of the ordinary concrete slab surface are measured in FIG. It can be understood from the fact that it passed 50 and has excellent sound insulation.
