。Therefore, instead of pasting carpets, floors have been constructed by directly pasting wooden flooring materials with a foamed polyurethane sheet of about 2 mm thick on the back side attached to the concrete floor. They had the disadvantage of impairing livability due to their inferior sound insulation properties compared to similar types.

The thickness of both after pasting is preferably 4 to 10 mm. If the thickness is too thin, the sound insulation effect will be poor, and if it is too thick, there will be economic problems, but when renovating a house, the floorboards are so thick that they become higher than the threshold, making it virtually impossible to install, or the floorboards Another drawback is that the floorboards sink a lot when walking on them.

The thickness is preferably 5 to 4.0 mm, but is not limited thereto. If the thickness is too thin, the rigidity of the floorboard will be a problem, and if it is too thick, it may not only increase the price but also cause problems during transportation and construction.

It has better sound insulation properties than large-sized wooden boards that do not break.

The wood board cut into small pieces as described above has a loose tongue processing on the end surface that allows for slight bending, and a flexible hot plate is placed in the groove on the back side created by the tongue joint after hardening. They are joined by pouring melt resin 9, and a fiber mat 4 made of a base fabric 2 entwined with cotton fibers 3 and a foam sheet 5 are bonded to the entire back surface thereof.

材を製造した。[Example 3] After sequentially bonding the wooden board, foam sheet, and perforated wooden board used in Example 2, this was cut to a thickness of 7.5 mm.
Elongated rectangular plates with a width of 80 mm and a length of 900 mm were manufactured, and five of these plates were slightly shifted in the vertical direction and joined using male and female grooves. The male and female grooves are slightly bent at the joint and are loosely joined to conform to the unevenness of the base, and there is also a hot glue that has some flexibility after curing in the groove on the back of the joint. They were joined by injecting melt resin. Then, on the entire back side, there is a 3 mm thick fiber mat made of a polypropylene base fabric intertwined with polyester cotton fibers using a needle punch method, and a 5+ nm thick foamed polyethylene sheet with many unevenness on the back side (in consideration of waterproofness, it is independent). The desired flooring material was manufactured by laminating the foam sheets (preferably foam sheets).
