Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は自動車のサンルーフに関し、サンルーフの強度
向上に利用される。
従来の技術 第３図及び第４図を参照して自動車のサンルーフ（摺動
屋根）の一般的構造を説明する。自動車の固定屋根１の
前方に窓２を設け、一方、室内の化粧板３に開口４を穿
設する。この結果、室内は、窓２と開口４を介して外気
と連通する。しかし、この室内と外気の連通を遮断した
い場合が生じるので、サンルーフ（摺動屋根）５が窓２
を開閉させるように配される。サンルーフ５は、第６図
の矢印Ａの如く昇降運動と矢印Ｂの如き前後進運動を図
示しない駆動装置により行ない、窓２の開閉を行なう。
固定屋根１と化粧板３との間にハウジング６を配し、こ
のハウジング１６に、開口４と同じ開口を設け、又、サ
ンルーフ５の運動の案内をなすガイドレール７を取付け
る。
ハウジング６は窓２を開けた時、サンルーフ５をその内
部に収納する働きをする。８は電動又は手動の駆動装置
である。
本考案が解決しようとする問題点 サンルーフを収納するハウジングは、自動車の軽量化の
要望に応じて、樹脂材にて成形される。又、ハウジング
は分割することなく一体成形することから、比較的大き
なものとなる。
このように一体成形したハウジングを固定屋根に取付け
ると、ハウジングの窓の後方縁側の中央にたるみが生じ
る。このたるみは、化粧板を変形させ、美観を著しく低
下させる。
それ故、本考案は、前述した不具合を解消させることを
解決すべき課題とする。
問題点を解決するための手段 本考案は、前述した問題点を解決するために、ハウジン
グの開口の後方縁に沿って金属製の補強板を埋込み、こ
の補強板の両端を固定屋根に固定させる技術的手段を用
いる。
作 用 本考案の補強板は、その断面形状を種々選択することで
剛性を高め、ハウジングのたるみを防止させ得る。
実施例 第１−２図を参照する。ハウジング６の開口４の後方縁
に沿って金属製の補強板９を埋込む。ハウジング６は、
ＦＲＰ材を用いることができる。補強板９の断面形状
は、その剛性を考慮して適宜選択される。
補強板９は、適所に穴１０を有し、この穴10に樹脂材を
充満させ、補強板９の両側の樹脂材を連結させる。又、
補強板９の突部１１は、成形時に型に接し、成形時に補
強板９が一方に片寄るのを防止させる。
補強板９の両端を、穴付きのフランジ１２とする。この
フランジ１２はビス等を用い固定屋根１側に固定させ
る。この補強板９は、開口４の後方縁の剛性を高めるの
に有効である。
効 果 補強板はルームランプの取付部材ともなり、又、アース
部材としても利用できる。ハウジングの剛性を補強板に
より高めることにより、ハウジングを薄肉とさせること
ができる。
本考案によれば、金属製の補強板を合成樹脂製の薄肉ハ
ウジングに一体成形したにも拘らず、補強板の穴と突部
とがハウジングと補強板とを強固に一体化させ、補強板
に外力が作用しても、補強板とハウジングとの相対的動
きはなく、常に一体とさせ得る。

サンルーフ構造の部分平面図、第４図は第３図の矢視IV
−IVよりみた断面図である。 図中：１…固定屋根、２…窓、４…開口、５…サンルー
フ、６…ハウジング、９…補強板、１２…フランジ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】自動車の固定屋根の窓まわりであって且つ
    室内の化粧板と前記固定屋根との間に配される合成樹脂
    製のハウジングにおいて、該ハウジングが前記窓の開閉
    をなすサンルーフを収納し、前記ハウジングが前記ハウ
    ジングに設けられた開口の後方縁に沿って樹脂成形時前
    記ハウジングに一体に埋め込まれ、且つその両端が前記
    ハウジングの側縁より外方に延在されて前記固定屋根側
    に支持される金属製の補強板を備え、前記補強板に設け
    た穴を介して前記補強板を介して対向する前記ハウジン
    グを連結させ、さらに前記補強板が前記ハウジングの成
    形型に接する突部を有することを特徴とする自動車用の
    サンルーフハウジング。
