However, in the conventional structure as described above, only the iron plate, the backup material d, and the sealing material e are provided in the vertical joints, and the joints are significantly inferior in heat insulation and airtightness. The heat bridge between the decorative cover a and the joiner b causes a problem, and dew condensation occurs, and the structure is weak against heat of a flame such as a fire. Therefore, in such joint structure which is the weakest point in the wall structure, JIS-

[Means for Solving the Problem] Ends of left and right panels are laid on the installation surface of the joiner, and substantially the center of the locking body is such that the rising parts of the joiner face each other through a fireproof heat insulating material. The left and right ends of the stopper are fixed to the surface material of the panel, and the fixing groove of the decorative cover abuts and is fixed to the approximate center of the locking body to form a vertical joint. It is covered with two members, a locking body and a decorative cover, to improve waterproofness, airtightness, and design. In addition, a fireproof heat insulating material interposed between the locking body and the joiner, and an inorganic sheet provide vertical joints. By completely separating the front side and the back side of the and preventing the thermal bridge, the fire resistance and heat insulation of the vertical joints are mainly improved, and the occurrence of dew condensation is prevented. In the case of a fire in the building,
Alternatively, a vertical joint structure having the performance of passing the heat of the flame generated from the outside to the outdoor side or the indoor side and passing the fireproof 1 hour test of JIS-A-1304 (fireproof test method of building structure part) is used. It is a proposal.

By forming the vertical joints in this manner, the vertical joints are covered with the two members of the locking body B and the decorative cover A, so that waterproofness, airtightness, and designability are improved. In addition, the front side and the back side of the vertical joint are completely separated by the fireproof heat insulating material E interposed between the locking body B and the joiner C to prevent the thermal bridge, and mainly the fire resistance and heat insulation of the vertical joint are provided. It improves the property and prevents the occurrence of dew condensation. In this way, even in the unlikely event of a fire, the heat of the flame generated from inside or outside the building is blocked from being transmitted to the outdoor side or the indoor side, and JIS-A-1304 (fire resistance test method for building structures) The vertical joint structure can pass the fireproof 1 hour test.

[Other Embodiments] The above is one embodiment of the vertical joint structure according to the present invention, which can be formed as shown in FIGS. That is, FIG. 6 shows that the inorganic sheet H is formed on the joiner C to prevent the formation of voids between the joiner C and the panel D to prevent the entry of flames and to prevent the heat from a fire or the like from being conducted to the joiner C. It is for prevention. Examples of the material thereof include rock wool felt, ceramic wool, glass wool, asbestos, gypsum board, water glass bond, various inorganic foams, ultra-high density phenol foam, and inorganic fire-resistant caulking agent.

As described above, according to the vertical joint structure of the present invention, the fixture does not appear at all on the external appearance of the wall body, and the surface is still waterproof. Since a fireproof heat insulating material is interposed between the locking body and the joiner, the heat insulation and airtightness of the joints are improved, and the front and back sides of the vertical joints are completely separated to prevent thermal bridges and condensation. Moreover, the vertical joints, which are the weakest points against heat, are strengthened, and JIS-A-1
It becomes a vertical joint structure that passes the fireproof 1 hour test of 304 (fireproof test method of building structure part). Even if the core material is an organic material such as a synthetic resin foam (phenolic foam or the like), a vertical joint structure that passes the fireproof 1 hour test is obtained.
Since the two members of the decorative cover and the locking body are present on the surface side of the vertical joint, the vertical joint structure has excellent waterproofness, airtightness, and strength. Due to the impact and vibration of the mounting of the fixture, the decorative cover, which is the surface decorative material, does not have pecks, distortions, bends, etc., and no skill is required for construction. Since the contact surface is formed at the end of the decorative cover, the backup material and the sealing material can be easily planted, and the workability is improved. There are characteristics and effects.

1. A vertical joint structure formed when a wall is formed by a building panel in which a core material is sandwiched between a front surface material and a back surface material, and a decorative surface having a substantially horizontal section and a substantially central portion of the decorative surface. A decorative cover which is formed in a reverse hat shape from a fixing groove protruding downward and in a substantially concave shape and which is formed in a long shape from an abutting surface whose end portion is bent inward in a substantially L shape. ,
A long body formed in a hat shape from a locking body made of a long flat plate, a mounting surface having a substantially horizontal section, and a rising portion projecting in a substantially convex shape at a substantially central portion of the mounting surface upwards. A joiner composed of a body is provided, and the end portions of the left and right building panels are laid on the installation surface of the joiner, and the substantially center of the locking body and the rising portion of the joiner face each other through a fireproof heat insulating material. The left and right ends of the locking body are fixed to the surface material of the building panel, and the fixing groove of the decorative cover abuts and is fixed at approximately the center of the locking body to form a vertical joint. Vertical joint structure.
