BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a structure of vertical joints formed when connecting building panels (hereinafter simply referred to as "panels") useful for constructing an outer wall and an inner wall of a building or a building. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vertical joint structure which is improved in waterproofness as a complete surface water-stopping structure, and is excellent in fire resistance and heat insulation.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a structure for accommodating a vertical joint of this type, as shown in FIG. 8, a fixing member .beta. It is intended to cover the panel c edge by decorative cover a and Joyner b of scale, as the method, such as a blind rivet facing projections b 1 between the projecting portions a 1 and Joyner b of the decorative cover a A method of connecting with a fixing tool β and filling the front surface of the panel c on both left and right sides, the back surface of the decorative cover a, and the groove on the fixing tool β with the backup material d and the sealing material e has been generally performed.

However, in the conventional structure as described above, the vertical joint has only the iron plate, the backup material d, and the sealing material e, and the joint has extremely poor heat insulation and airtightness. In addition, the thermal bridge between the decorative cover a and the joiner b causes a problem, and dew condensation occurs, and the structure is weak against the heat of a flame such as a fire. For this reason, such a joint structure, which is the weakest point in the wall structure, is JIS-compliant.
Fire resistance 1 of A-1304 (fire resistance test method for building structural parts)
It was a vertical joint structure that could not pass the time structural certification test at all. In addition, when connecting the decorative cover a and the joiner b, the impact and vibration of the fixing tool β installation cause pecking, distortion, bending, and the like on the decorative cover a serving as a surface decorative material, and the skilled worker is required to perform the installation. Required.

The ends of the left and right panels are laid on the mounting surface of the joiner, and the center of the locking member is engaged so that the rising portions of the joiner face each other via the refractory heat insulating material. The left and right ends of the stop are fixed to the surface material of the panel, and the fixing groove of the decorative cover abuts and is fixed at approximately the center of the lock, so that the vertical joint is formed. It is covered with two members, a locking body and a decorative cover, and has improved waterproofness, airtightness, and design. In addition, a fireproof heat insulating material interposed between the locking body and the joiner, and an inorganic sheet, a vertical joint portion. By completely separating the front side and the back side of the bridge and preventing thermal bridges, it mainly improves the fire resistance and heat insulation of the vertical joints and prevents the occurrence of dew condensation. In the event of a fire,
Alternatively, a vertical joint structure capable of blocking the transmission of the heat of the flame generated from the outdoors to the outdoors or the indoors and passing the one-hour fire resistance test of JIS-A-1304 (fire resistance test method for building structural parts). It is a suggestion.

Other Embodiments The embodiment described above is an embodiment of the vertical joint structure according to the present invention, and can be formed as shown in FIGS. That is, FIG. 6 shows that the inorganic sheet H is formed on the joiner C to prevent the formation of a gap between the joiner C and the panel D, thereby preventing the invasion of the flame, and the conduction of heat due to a fire or the like to the joiner C. This is to prevent it. Examples of the material include rock wool felt, ceramic wool, glass wool, asbestos, gypsum board, water glass bond, various inorganic foams, ultra-high density phenol foam, and inorganic refractory caulking agents.

As described above, according to the vertical joint structure according to the present invention, the fixture does not appear at all in the external appearance of the wall, and the wall has a completely waterproof structure. Since fireproof insulation is interposed between the locking body and the joiner, the thermal insulation and airtightness of the joints are improved, and the front and back sides of the vertical joints are completely separated to prevent thermal bridges and condensation. Moreover, the vertical joints, which are the weakest points against heat, are strengthened, and JIS-A-1
A vertical joint structure that passes the fire resistance 1 hour test of 304 (fire resistance test method for building structural parts). Even if the core material is an organic substance such as a synthetic resin foam (phenol foam or the like), a vertical joint structure that passes the above-mentioned fire resistance 1 hour test is obtained.
Since there are two members, a decorative cover and a locking body, on the surface side of the vertical joint, a vertical joint structure having excellent waterproofness, airtightness, and strength is obtained. There is no pecking, distortion, bending, etc. in the decorative cover that is the surface decorative material due to the impact and vibration of the mounting of the fixture, and the construction does not require skill. Since the contact surface is formed at the end of the decorative cover, it is easy to plant the backup material and the sealing material, and the workability is improved. There are features and effects such as.

1. A vertical joint structure formed when a wall is formed by an architectural panel in which a core material is sandwiched between a front surface material and a back surface material, a substantially decorative surface having a substantially horizontal cross section and a substantially central portion of the decorative surface. A decorative cover formed downwardly and in the shape of an inverted hat from a fixing groove protruding in a substantially concave shape, and having a long end formed from an abutting surface bent in an approximately L-shape inward. ,
An elongated body formed in a hat shape from a locking body composed of a long flat plate, a mounting surface having a substantially horizontal cross-section, a substantially central portion of the mounting surface being upward, and a rising portion protruding in a substantially convex shape. A joiner made of a body is provided, and ends of left and right architectural panels are laid on the installation surface of the joiner, and a substantially center of the locking body and a rising portion of the joiner face each other via a fireproof heat insulating material. The left and right ends of the locking body are fixed to the surface material of the building panel, and the fixing groove of the decorative cover abuts and is fixed substantially at the center of the locking body to form a vertical joint. And vertical joint structure.
